18/02/2024: Disrespectful service towards the customer and in very poor taste. By mistake of the pizza chef, 2 pizzas out of 4 were missing from the order to be collected, even though we had been there waiting for more than 10 minutes. Rather than remedy this by redoing them all, preventing them from being delivered cold, the pizza chef proceeded to prepare only the missing ones, even though I had pointed out to him that the ones already ready would have cooled down. Upon delivery, I pointed out that the ready-made ones were cold. In response, I was sent away from the place by the pizza chef who was anything but courteous, anything but inclined to acknowledge the mistake and anything but competent in catering. Terrible experience, they usually have this treatment towards customers, I certainly won't go back.
