15/07/2025: One of the best restaurants we were able to visit around our accommodation, you can taste the traditional dishes all in a super friendly atmosphere and the service is very attentive, all with a smile ❤️🇮🇹❤️ a big thank you for the culinary discoveries and I recommend the tiramisu which was one of the best 🤪

16/07/2025: Locazione carina - rustica in quel di buccino. Non e' la prima volta che vengo a cenare in braceria e devo dire che le aspettative non sono state mai disattese - buona la carne - buon rapporto qualita' prezzo . Servizio ai tavoli un po' rigido nella sua impostazione ma non cambia in verita' la piacevolezza della cena e l'indiscutibile qualita' della materia prima utilizzata . Un po' sottotono le patate novelle al forno ( decongelate ) , manca una proposta di contorni - patatine fritte purtroppo anch'esse industriali. Peccato , il cibo offerto con delle patate tagliate al momento sarebbe stato perfetto. Merita una visita.

09/08/2025: "U Brigante" was one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. The restaurant's atmosphere harks back to the 1860s, blending modern and contemporary historical ideals, while also giving rise to innovative cuisine. These details are evident in the use of terracotta jars as drinking glasses and the aesthetics of the building, which draw inspiration from those years. As for my personal experience, I tried an appetizer consisting of cheese with caramelized Tropea onions, which paired beautifully with slices of prosciutto. Everything was delicious. But the highlight was the spaghetti with pistachio cream and crispy guanciale! Truly first-class pasta, and if I were local, I'd come here practically every day. My sincere compliments to the staff!

08/08/2025: Very nice experience! Good food, friendly staff, and very cute restaurant (loved the vibe). They have their own parking area. Would recommend making reservations as it fills up quickly once open. The outside seating is super cute.

13/07/2025: I gave it a 3 because the prices are unreasonable for a city like Cava. I understand the quality, service, and everything else, but €2.50 for a 75cl bottle of Ferrarelle water is way too much, and the height of exaggeration is an €11 calzone. Where do you think you are in Rome or Milan? Get a grip.

05/08/2025: I went for lunch on Sunday. The location was very simple, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the quality of the food was good, but the bill was a bit high. I'll definitely be back.

09/08/2025: Wow! We didn't expect a random place we found to be so delicious! Homemade pasta, homemade sauce, and pork with potatoes and peppers. There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it.

We paid little, modest prices and everything was good. I highly recommend

04/08/2025: Hotel Ariston is an excellent choice for a stay. The rooms and the hotel are modern with a hint of traditional charm, spacious, and very clean. The staff is friendly and professional, always making guests feel welcome. Its location is perfect, just a short walk to the main strip and the beach. Breakfast offers a nice variety, and the bocconcini and ricotta are always fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
