31/01/2026: For my expectations, Vincenzo's is the perfect restaurant. I found flavors, atmosphere, passion, and... tradition. A fantastic mix of three appetizers and the best calamarata I've ever eaten. The Mille Foglie pasta to finish was very good. A truly delightful experience!

The food was spectacular, with meticulous attention to detail and truly incredible flavors. Every course was a delight. But the real surprise was the atmosphere: they set a wonderful table for me, elegant and well-appointed, which made the evening even more special. The location is enchanting, the kind of place that immediately makes you feel like you're somewhere unique. A huge round of applause also for the service, impeccable from start to finish: the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always smiling. The wine selection was also excellent, perfect to accompany the dinner. My sincere compliments to the entire staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and passion, evident in every detail. This evening, I was quite surprised when I stumbled upon a special "Mardi Gras di Borgo Magno" event and had the chance to sample their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant for its food, price, and quality ratio.

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner at Casa Rispoli. A very welcoming and charming restaurant in the center of Cava. We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu for €75. The bruschetta with raw shrimp was very delicate on the palate, while the fried calamari was too oily, as was the seared tuna. The pasta was a very positive note: the tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lemon were truly excellent. Service was average.

As mentioned, the pizza is excellent, with good ingredients and cooking. The arancini and pasta frittatina are also good. The beer selection is perhaps a bit limited. The service is courteous, but decidedly slow; only two people for so many tables makes the wait quite long. The price is fair, but the pizzas are perhaps a bit expensive.

03/11/2025: Starting with the experience, the interior is very beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the pizzeria's distinctive branding is often present. The woman who looked after our table, Francesca, was very kind and professional, even in her recommendations and menu descriptions. My partner and I chose to start with two delicious appetizers: Montanarina alla Genovese and, for a change, Frittatina di pasta alla Genovese. Needless to say, both were delicious (I preferred the montanarina). The pizzas were superb, both the dough and the toppings. The more delicate of the two: the Scarpariello. Rating: 9/10 The most interesting: the Finocchiona. Rating: 8/10. The desserts were super unique, autumnal and homemade, delicious. In short, highly recommended!
