29/04/2025: Una location tranquilla, lineare, con un pò di austerità moderna. Grandi tavoli rotondi e poltroncine scure in legno e pelle, Pochi oggetti personalizzano l'ambiente. In bella vista una vetrina di vini e la cucina a vista. Un pò dl burro come entrée (accompagnato da un flute sarebbe stato ancor più apprezzato perl'impostazione che si vuol dare ) Tutte le portate ben impiattate e molto buone. I primi: "Linguine con ragù di crostacei"; I secondi: "ombrina, bietola e senape" " rana pescatrice e carciofo alla brace". Servizio adeguato.

05/06/2025: Good spot for a quick pastry and coffee! Go for the big cup 5€ for a cappuccino. We tried the pistachio and hazelnut croissants and both were delicious. The cookies were also good. The lemon sorbet was so refreshing. We had other lemon sorbets around town but this one was better!

29/05/2025: Mi trovavo nei pressi di Serre con alcuni amici dopo una partita di calcio e abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale. Credetemi, penso di non aver mai mangiato un panino così buono. Ho assaggiato anche la carne presa da un mio amico ed era deliziosa, si scioglieva in bocca…Anche i ragazzi che servivano ai tavoli e il proprietario persone stupende, lavoratori seri e per bene!! Inutile dire che ci ritornerò senz’altro.

Un bémol : des prix dans la logique du marché à l’exception d’ une addition incompréhensible de 78 euros pour trois verres d’un vin blanc régional • soit 26 euro le verre ,nous n’avions pas pensé demander le prix du vin au verre d’habitude on est dans les 10 euros le verre de vin local. Dommage ça surprend d’autant plus que nous étions déjà venus l’année dernière sans subir cette surprise. • Ce vin coûte 18 Euro la bouteille sur le marché, belle marge

30/05/2025: I just returned from a trip to Italy with a family of 15. Our boat trip was cancelled due to weather so we went to Ravello as a plan B. I was scrambling to find restaurant accommodations for 15 and stumbled upon Sigilgaida. Enter our hero, Pasquale. He and I chatted and he not only made room to accommodate us, but what he had prepared re seating options when we arrived for dinner was beautiful. Wonderful setting with breathe taking views. To say my family was thrilled and delighted would be an understatement. What followed after we were seated turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10 day trip. We were wined and dined as if we were long lost members of Pasquale's family. He introduced local wines (one of which was my favorite of the trip), brought insight to the dishes, and treated us with surprises at every turn. He created a night none of us will forget and in the process we felt like we made a new friend. Beyond that, when the meal was complete, Pasquale and the staff had rides for us waiting back to Amalfi (no easy feat at that time and place). Over the top consideration and service. If you find yourself in Ravello and are looking for an amazing meal, with incredible views, that will create lasting memories, don't miss this place. 17/05/2025: Come on I Napoli you can find everything and more. Excellent pastry shop, rotisserie idem, hot food, bread and delicatessen, bar and even tobacconist. Kind and very quick staff in serving you. You can organize your parties with take way. The prices are very good. Well visible location, easy to find on the main road. I recommend it.

La location accogliente, la cucina a vista rincuorante e abbinamenti molto particolari. Abbiamo optato per la degustazione... Di tutto un po'. I piatti molto belli alla vista ma soprattutto molto buoni. Dolci squisiti... Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Ci vediamo presto!

20/04/2025: Quality, typicality and kindness in this traditional tavern in the small hamlet of Scorzo. Cuisine with local recipes and some even traditional family ones, with gluten-free options and upon request (in advance) also home-made gluten-free pastas. We start with the appetizers, with local and home-produced cured meats, seasonal omelettes (we have onions and asparagus), farmer's cheeses, borage parmigianina. I took advantage of the handmade gluten-free cavatelli, with porcini mushrooms and chickpeas, while my partner had them pan-fried "Sorrento-style": with local caciocavallo instead of mozzarella. Traditional second courses, from pork to lamb, but also sliced ​​meats, melted cheeses and more. Also excellent are homemade desserts and liqueurs, with local herbs, such as courtesy.

She is very attentive to what we eat well, including for people who have specific needs (gluten-free or even vegan diets) You have to taste everything and finish with their delicious homemade digestives!
