Rosiello In Napoli

Most beautiful dining experience we had in Naples. Make the effort to go to Posillipo and try this absolute gem. We went for Saturday lunch, the view and atmosphere is perfect and the food was incredible - fresh, thoughtfully prepared and the wait staff were all very friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

A guarantee of quality and hospitality

The restaurant is in a beautiful location. From almost every seat, there is a wonderful view of the sea and, depending on the spot, of Mount Vesuvius as well. We stayed there throughout the entire sunset. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive; we never had to wait long for anything. In terms of price, you should expect to pay at least €70 per person. The food was certainly delicious, though nothing extraordinary compared to other restaurants in Naples.

An average restaurant, with prices far too high for the quality offered. I understand that we're in Posillipo and that the location is prestigious, but at this price, I would expect a significantly higher level of cuisine. For example: a small slice of tart with a rather firm pastry crust, filled with chocolate and obviously frozen berries, can't cost €12. At that price, you'd expect a high-quality artisanal dessert, certainly not something ordinary. The chef is definitely not Iginio Massari. The location is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point: a splendid view and a very pleasant atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff was kind, helpful, and professional. Overall, however, the prices remain difficult to justify, even considering the exclusive location in Posillipo. You pay mostly for the view, while the cuisine, in my opinion, doesn't live up to the expectations set by the bill.

I went for lunch with my friends and we had a really great time. We ate very well, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. The staff was kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It was a truly enjoyable lunch, and we'll definitely be back!
