09/10/2025: Good morning; we decided to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday at this restaurant; and Antonio, the owner, immediately made himself available, accommodating all my requests and needs. I chose a seafood menu; the food was quality and super abundant; excellent price; they made the room with the structure set up for the event available to me; Ciro, the waiter, was very kind to all the guests; furthermore, the children had fun because the place offers a well-equipped playground inside... What can I say... we were extremely satisfied; I highly recommend you try it!!! Thanks again to Antonio and all the "Essenza del Gusto" staff for making our evening truly special and unforgettable!!!

11/10/2025: I was told to go eat the best pizza in one of the alleys off via Toledo so l did. Although very casual what made me cost their spot was the outdoor set up Once we sat down we realized no tourists only locals at the other tables- which is always a very good sign And it was! Pizza was good and very cheap If you want good pizza with no frills I'd def go here

24/11/2025: I had a phenomenal experience at Acunzo! I ate one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and I noticed all the decor features The Napolitaner paintings, very original and contemporary. The pizza was top-notch Neapolitan fare, a true institution in Vomero. It was an exceptional family lunch, and I'll be back as often as I can. The dough and ingredients are top-notch!

19/11/2025: A historic pizzeria since 1964 that I've been frequenting since the 1970s. My favorite pizza was the "Pulcinella" (red filling with Bolognese-style mezzanelli), which may seem like an exaggeration, but I assure you it's worth trying at least once. Unfortunately, but perhaps it was a coincidence, today the pizzas (a Pulcinella and a gourmet artichoke pizza) were overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside, which was a bit disappointing. €37 for two, including a water and a Coke.

09/11/2025: We stayed for two days with our camper. The pitches were adequately sized, with all the amenities, and it was clean and tidy. Not exactly cheap, but it's right across from the entrance to the Pompeii archaeological park.

06/11/2025: Ideal for visiting Pompeii Right in front of the entrance but Mixed welcome Nervous staff. They asked me to leave when I was at reception with two small Bichons Frises, claiming an allergy. Difficult access due to very tight turns and a very steep incline. Between the road and the railway line. Noisy. They don't like dogs. Not suitable for children. They have five cats kept in cages all day. Overall disappointed. I won't go back.

07/11/2025: Total disappointment. The woman on the street asks me if I want to eat, and I reply that I'd like an aperitivo. The woman then offers me a fried mozzarella with an Aperol Spritz and a bottle of water. The bill arrives and... €13 for a fried mozzarella, which isn't even that great and tasteless. The Aperol Spritz is practically natural, and in total I paid €24!! A rip-off and a disgrace for Naples! Be careful!!

03/12/2025: Sept 2025 Spacious dining area for dinner. Lively atmosphere with some live music and dancing. Appeared fully booked, possibly with a tour group. Made dinner reservation for 2 and were seated at table to overlook water. Appreciated that they had an identified gluten-free menu which was also in English. The frittura di calamari was delicious. The ravioli caprese was tasty. Wait staff was very attentive despite busy evening. Coperto cover charge was 3 euros per person.

20/11/2025: I’ve been there a couple times and it’s just breathtaking. The only place around Naples where they actually know what’s a good medium-rare steak.

21/10/2025: Aside from the spectacular views you can enjoy because Villa Elvira was built on an early Christian necropolis, I can guarantee that there's truly a perfect combination of style, service, and culinary quality. 5 stars, all deserved.

04/11/2025: 5/5 stars! We visited this charming tavern and received a warm welcome from the friendly owner. The food was absolutely delicious, and the variety was fantastic! I especially want to highlight the homemade dessert – the panna cotta with caramel and blueberries was simply divine! My wife ate two slices. The limoncello was also homemade and absolutely delicious. We would love to come back, but unfortunately, it was the last day before their winter break. Nevertheless, everything was fresh, and the prices were, of course, typical for Capri – not cheap, but worth every penny. If you're looking for more affordable options, you might be better off going to Mallorca.

02/11/2025: He suddenly kissed me and charged me more than the price he quoted me. I was enjoying my time on Capri, but in the end I was left feeling sad. Please be careful.

10/10/2025: The location is nice and welcoming. The staff is friendly. It's a chic little place, but in my opinion, it's overpriced for the quality offered. Considering that a large portion of the clientele are university students, the prices should be lowered. Coffee, €2.50, without a glass of water, isn't appropriate for a Neapolitan/Bellini-style setting. A €6 cake is dry and heartless. A small bottle of water, €2, is fine, but... The menu needs to be completely updated and adapted.

27/10/2025: We had a very pleasant evening with a special dessert recommended by our waiter, very kind and service oriented (Argentinian sorry for missing the name). We chose the dessert degustation since it was late at night and even suggested blankets for the cold evening. A very special place with a beautiful atmosphere under Capri lemon trees.

19/10/2025: Kudos to Luca from the wine shop, who is kind and professional! We had two whole-wheat focaccias, truly delicious, in a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden. We'll definitely be back.

20/11/2025: A small restaurant with a soft, homey atmosphere. Tables are arranged in a single room, where a musician elegantly entertains. Outside, there's a large garden and two small pools where you can sip a cocktail or coffee after your meal. There are also a couple of children's games in the garden. The food is very good, and the portions are quite generous. We chose the set menu on Sunday and had a great time. The staff is truly delightful, knowledgeable and, above all, attentive to every need.

10/11/2025: I've known Grottino Verde for about 30 years, and returning after a long time found a simple but pleasant atmosphere, with an outdoor space and many mandarin trees that still have their charm. Very friendly service, good food; if you like pasta, the scialatielli are truly excellent, especially if you love "scarpetta" (toss the bread with your hands). The fixed menu features meat and fish, with a generous appetizer and dry fried dishes, the same goes for the fried fish as a main course. Piano bar included. Go there if you want a good meal; you won't find a Michelin-starred restaurant, but you'll find home-style, family-style cooking. We'll gladly return at the first opportunity.

12/11/2025: Disappointing experience, expensive bill We dined at this trattoria for two, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The dishes, though carefully presented, lacked flavor or quality, and the portions were rather small. The service was courteous, but overall the final bill was decidedly expensive for what was offered. They also added a coffee and limoncello to the bill, which we never ordered. I'm attaching the receipt.
