05/11/2025: Courtesy and kindness are not lacking, it is not a real restaurant, very simple, with good food, served under a tent in the square in front of the kitchen, looking at it like this it seems as if it started out as a take-away and then transformed into a restaurant.

25/10/2025: It's located in the Castel Capuano area, about a 15-minute walk from Naples Central Station, but the food is excellent. The Pomodoro is highly rated, but this time I ordered spaghetti alla Sorrentina and arrabiata. Both were delicious for the price, and while the terrace seating isn't the best, it was fine. If I'm ever in Naples, I'd definitely visit again. The staff are abrupt and reserved, but the cooking is excellent, so it's best not to worry. It has the kind of atmosphere that locals frequent, and it's worth the money compared to the tourist-oriented area around the station!

04/08/2025: Excellent appetizers and sandwiches, my favorite is the Game of Thrones, which is incredibly delicious. They always ask how you want your burger cooked, which isn't the case everywhere. Excellent beers, and the owner is friendly and polite. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it.

12/11/2025: Disappointing experience, expensive bill We dined at this trattoria for two, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The dishes, though carefully presented, lacked flavor or quality, and the portions were rather small. The service was courteous, but overall the final bill was decidedly expensive for what was offered. They also added a coffee and limoncello to the bill, which we never ordered. I'm attaching the receipt.

11/11/2025: My pasta was phenomenal (smoked cheese) but my wife’s lasagna came out cold, then was severely microwaved to resemble a pancake. Coperto fee was 5e per person. Our waiter was also doing deliveries so maybe that was the reason. Not sure. Anyway we split my meal and finished before hers returned.

15/09/2025: If you're looking for something extraordinarily perfect, I can guarantee you Villa Alfonso... before visiting this villa, we toured five restaurants, but if we knew we'd find this splendor, we would have saved time. We chose it for our daughter's First Communion, falling in love at first sight with an enchanting, clean place, a truly stunning view, sublime food, and a price that, for what we ate, was even reasonable!!! The manager, Lello, is humble, courteous, and not at all venal, helpful like few others. He made us feel at ease and satisfied us in every way. The service staff was impeccable and kind, and the decor was beautiful. The bathrooms were always clean, you couldn't smell the smell from the kitchen, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and I guarantee no guest will have any complaints (which is very important, hahaha). Everyone was satisfied, everything was perfect. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will definitely be back for other parties because we know you are everything anyone could wish for!

I just didn't realize I'd ordered a pizza and fries. 🤣 The pizza maker even heated up the oven for the atmospheric photo I wanted and recommended a delicious wine! It might not be the most charming restaurant, but the food was fantastic and close to our accommodation!

28/09/2025: The pizza wasn't bad, but my daughter's pizza was charred, and when I pointed this out to the owner, he apologized and offered a €2 discount. You don't understand anything!

02/11/2025: A very positive experience. The restaurant has a terrace with an exceptional view, and the cross-section of the tables allows everyone to enjoy the view. The service was perfect. Damiano, the head waiter, does his job admirably with kindness and professionalism. The dishes are refined and undoubtedly the result of research and local attention, given that most of the ingredients are locally sourced. I definitely recommend it, although not on weekends, as it's very popular.

02/11/2025: I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by this restaurant. I had made a reservation well in advance for an important occasion. This behavior demonstrates unprofessional management and a clear lack of customer service.

10/11/2025: We went on Friday, the appetizers were good, bruschetta and cured meats and cheeses, but I didn't like the first course. I took a Genovese but the pasta was hard and salty and I told the waiter and he snubbed me. Here's my experience!!!

10/09/2025: I had a fantastic dinner here, the service was brilliant and the food was absolutely delicious. The setting was very romantic, we were lucky there was a thunder storm and were able to see lightening over our beautiful dinner. I had the rabbit ravioli as a main and it was absolutely delightful, and my husband had a delicious beef dish. I feel it was very reasonably priced, I’ve dined at Michelin starred restaurants that have charged much more but delivered far less. It was a gorgeous evening ❤️ thank you zi nannina

09/09/2025: A restaurant not to be missed if you're passing through Ischia. Breathtaking views of the sea and the Castello Aragonese. Everything is perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner. Refined cuisine featuring local produce. A menu to suit all tastes and impeccable service. A restaurant to discover without hesitation. You have to search a little to find this wonderful place, which is truly worth the detour.

17/11/2025: We went to this place for a birthday, we had 2 starters, 5 first courses and 4 second courses, 4 waters and a 300ml bottle of rosé wine! Let's start with the appetizer which, besides being very good and varied, is also very cheap. We were served different types, from veal with tuna sauce, to maritozzo, to boiled meatballs (my favorites). For the first courses, we chose 3 Genovese dishes: a pacchero with potatoes and anduja and a plate of buttons with ragù, the best of which were definitely the buttons. Then the pasta and potatoes were good, even if the anduja wasn't very present either in appearance or flavor. The Genovese wasn't the best I've ever eaten, nor the worst. In our opinion, it had too much sweetness and a bitter aftertaste. The meat wasn't very tender, it was a bit dry in the shredded pieces, and then it had a sandy consistency on the palate. The sauce wasn't smooth. For the second courses, I took 2 cheeks, which in my opinion was the best dish, even if the meat was slightly too stupid. The saffron puree was delicious, not the usual consistency of a classic puree but more like a cream, smooth and velvety. Enriched with saffron and the brown stock of the meat, truly exceptional, the Milanese cutlet was good, not up to the cheek level, the meat was too thick, the resulting cooking was uneven, some spots were undercooked, the breading was perfect, made with panko or with a coarse-grained homemade breadcrumbs, dry and tasty frying even if not done in clarified butter as tradition dictates! The cutlet is also not cheap compared to other preparations, such as the classic Milanese (which in Milan are much more expensive), but the portion is generous, excellent for 2 more people. It comes with a side of baked potatoes, very good! The strong point, in addition to a refined cuisine that seeks to be a bridge between traditional dishes and innovative cuisine with a philosophy that points towards starred cuisine, is the truly starred staff, truly professional, present and attentive! Definitely a place to return to. The prices are quite reasonable, but I think the €50 menu with a mix of appetizers, a choice of first and second courses is way too good, given the high quality of the ingredients and the preparation! Oh, and I forgot to mention the homemade bread, which is truly delicious, the Neapolitan taralli breadsticks, and the extra virgin olive oil—another Michelin-starred experience!
