13/08/2025: An incredible, wonderful place! Truly one of a kind, with extremely friendly staff. Exquisite cuisine, truly special. Considering the almost family-like welcome, the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the location immersed in nature, surrounded by horses and tranquility, the price for dinner is absolutely reasonable, almost affordable. And if a Genoese person says so...

15/07/2025: We were walking around Cortona trying to find a nice place to have dinner and all of a sudden we saw these magical candles and inviting cozy tables outside. That made us check it out. They absolutely did not mind that there were 5 of us, though it seemed just for romantic dates. We were inside and enjoyed every minute of it: atmosphere, decor, food, wine. My son really liked the beef fillet steak, they even made pasta for our picky toddler, the cheese plate was amazing. The best part was that the chef came up to us to talk about the food and this will definitely be an unforgettable experience overall. Highly recommend!

15/08/2025: We've been customers here dozens of times, enjoying their takeout pizza, and we decided to celebrate our daughter's birthday there with her friends. Nothing to complain about: the pizza was delicious, the service was perfect and attentive, and the place was welcoming, with several air-conditioned rooms and outdoor spaces. The food was good, but above all, of high quality. Highly recommended.

28/07/2025: Muy mal. Horrible. Restaurante con aires de grandeza que lo único grande que tiene es el precio. El camarero te perdona la vida todo el tiempo. La comida sin gracia. Estábamos dentro y los mosquitos nos acribillaron. Farmacia farmaggia a 400 metros. Un desastre. Huye si estás a tiempo.

06/07/2025: We ended up in this cozy restaurant by chance because of a horrible thunderstorm that hit the area. It was a pleasant surprise! Well worth the visit. Both the cotoletto alla milanese and the tiramisu was great 🫶🏻

23/08/2025: We knew this place was busier with tourists than locals so we didn't expect such good quality or variety. We love some good taglieri, but the meats were exceptional, the cheeses were nicely varied with some fun varieties, the portion was good, the bread generous. The plates have a really nice amount of acidic balance due to fruit, condiments, olives, etc... and this really makes the plate. It's busy but it moves reasonably fast and the casual atmosphere is enjoyable. We hope we get to return someday!

23/08/2025: We've been here twice and were absolutely satisfied both times. You can feast and try all sorts of things here. There's also a solid selection of beer, wine, and sparkling wine. The lardo sandwich is a must. The cold cuts are excellent, and the wild boar goulash was also delicious! We'd love to come back.

19/08/2025: Very nice place, friendly and knowledgeable staff, a wide selection of meats, cooked to perfection, and an excellent wine list. We were pampered from start to finish. I can't recommend it enough, especially for meat lovers.

21/08/2025: I returned after nine years, and I must say it left a bitter taste in my mouth. They renovated the restaurant, and in my opinion, it's lost that sense of warmth that these mountain places usually convey. The cuisine has also changed, with a modern twist. For example, orecchiette with clams and mushrooms. In short, it's Milanese cuisine, not Canazei, and in winter, I hope the portions are for energy recovery, not for tasting. The staff is friendly, a little inexperienced. They definitely don't have the attention you expect from a 4-star superior hotel. The room was clean—I stayed in a junior deluxe—and spacious, with a huge bathroom with a window. I would only recommend a few more hangers for bathrobes and for the winter, and a few more hooks for hanging clothes. Oh, and I forgot, the closet is really small. I didn't have a bad experience; I want to encourage them to improve a little on the attention to detail, which, I repeat, 4-star hotels deserve. The spa in the basement is truly superb, and the pool is almost Olympic-sized. The location is excellent! 10 meters from the Belvedere ski lift and 50 meters from the town center.

17/08/2025: The Pareda Hotel is located right next to the Belvedere cable car (therefore right in the center and in an excellent location, especially for skiing). It's a clean and comfortable hotel, with a more than decent wellness area. I stayed in a spacious Deluxe Traditional room with two terraces. So far, it was in keeping with the hotel's 4-star rating and would have fully met my expectations. But now comes the weak point...or rather, the embarrassing one. Upon arrival, we were told that the dinner menu is à la carte, so we choose our dishes on the spot. The following are always offered: 1 meat 1 fish 1 vegetarian. The vegetable buffet consists of 5/6 bowls of vegetables (always the same): tomato, lettuce, carrots, corn. There is no cooked vegetables (not even boiled potatoes) except, a couple of evenings, a meager platter of grilled zucchini. The menus are inspired by MasterChef, but they don't quite live up to it. Bread, which is available in baskets for breakfast in the morning, is brought to the table in a meager basket in the evening. It contains: half a rosetta (half!!), two slices of brown bread, and four or five "Bibanesi" (small, rounded breadsticks, for those unfamiliar with them). When I asked for more white bread, I was told they didn't have any. The second time, they brought me two more slices of brown bread. Salt (which is missing from every dish...perhaps they're concerned about the customer's health) has to be requested every time, as it's not on the table. The cuisine is, at the very least, "alternative." Dishes have little or nothing to do with local cuisine, but above all, the emphasis is on presentation (flavor and quantity are secondary). One evening, I asked for two scrambled eggs or some cold cuts instead of the usual offerings. I was told it wasn't possible due to an unspecified kitchen policy (I've never asked for such a simple alternative and been refused, not even... remember, we're talking about a 4-star hotel). The next evening, after yet another presentation of a completely charred dish, I decided to cancel my half-board and not dine at the hotel again. Management, completely inattentive to this problem, which was left to Mrs. Lara (a caring and capable person), let me know they'd give me a credit for the last dinner, which I hadn't eaten, so... thank goodness. I wasn't able to express my complaints to the owners (who were present, but apparently only in case there was praise to be had), but I politely pointed out to Lara that a hotel with such high potential and top-notch services should definitely reconsider this aspect of its catering, which is seriously penalizing it. I should point out that I stayed for 14 days, so I could also see the disappointment of other guests who had come and gone. The dining room staff was courteous and did their best to "patch up" these unpleasant situations.

12/06/2025: We were passing through Pistoia, and we went to eat at this establishment for 2 nights in a row, as we found such a warm welcome and delicious, very affordable food. We had to return to France a little hastily without having greeted and thanked the 2 people who welcomed us so pleasantly. This message is dedicated to them. We hope to return to Pistoia and will be happy to come to this establishment.

07/06/2025: Excellent food. The price includes a starter and pasta dish, a bottle of 2020 Nobile di Montepulciano wine, dessert, coffee, and limoncello. The service was very warm. Highly recommended!!!

07/06/2025: Arrived in Montepulciano after exhausting trip from Rome with cancelled train etc…walked in to this Trattoria and were welcomed with excellent service, a lovely table outside and delicious food. A lovely start to our holiday. Chef’s special ravioli to die for!!

26/08/2025: Nice place, excellent traditional appetizers and arrosticini. Friendly staff and fairly fast service. The only drawbacks are the somewhat cramped space and the lack of parking, due to its proximity to the sea. Overall, a good experience.

14/08/2025: A very beautiful and well-maintained place, perfect for an aperitivo with friends. A wide variety of crostini with sophisticated flavors and delicious mozzarella in carrozza. Everything we tried was delicious. Unfortunately, the entire menu wasn't available because the kitchen was closed when we went, but we'll definitely be back!
