20/07/2025: Attentive and friendly staff, Quick service and delicious dishes. The sliced steak was delicious, and even the gluten-free desserts were delicious. We'll definitely be back.

19/07/2025: I'm giving one star for the unfortunate inconvenience that occurred. I'll start by saying that I've been to this place before and had even recommended it to many friends and family, and we were thinking of returning as a group in a few days, but I won't. I was undecided whether to order the usual fillet, a grilled steak, or the picanha, which I'd never tried. So I asked the waiter about the cut of meat, which I'm unfamiliar with and have never eaten. I specifically asked if this cut of meat was tender; I actually asked several times to avoid any surprises, and the waiter assured me it was, and that if (it can happen, he said) the meat was ribbed and tough, I could just call him and he'd replace it for me without any problem. These are his words. So I ordered the picanha, which I must say arrived in a few minutes, so the service was very quick, but, alas, it was tough and barely chewable, even though I tried to avoid having my order changed, even though he'd assured me there wouldn't be any problems. So, after a few failed chewing attempts, I was forced to put the pieces I'd tried to chew back into my napkin. I called the waiter (much to my chagrin) and asked for a change. He told me it was no problem and that he'd have me reordered. To avoid the possibility of the next piece being equally tough, I changed my order completely and asked for a fillet. It was excellent, tender, and I ate it with pleasure. The returned picanha, however, was three-quarters left on the plate and one-quarter in the napkin, which, obviously, I didn't feel comfortable showing to the waiters or the owner (?) at the cash register, as I figured that since I DIDN'T EAT IT and the problem wasn't my fault, I obviously wouldn't pay for it. At first, I didn't even realize they'd included it in the bill, trusting what's commercially correct: that is, in general, defective goods should be replaced; it's the customer's right. They charged me €12 out of €22 for a piece of tough meat that I couldn't swallow and that mostly remained in the napkin and the rest on my plate, claiming that a certain amount was missing from the plate. Well, that won't happen next time, because I won't be back, but if I'd known, I would have shown the napkin!!! Even though I didn't think it was tasteless, and in fact, I didn't. I'm sorry, but the customer has no interest in not eating the dish they deliberately ordered; if the dish isn't good, it should be replaced without further additions. It's not a whim. And above all, the waiter told me there was no problem and that it could be tough, but it's usually soft. I repeat, I asked specifically to avoid any inconvenience. They may have earned an extra €12, which I practically gave them away, since it wasn't actually a payment for the goods sold. But they definitely lost a lot more, as the average price there is around €40-€50 per person, and I was planning to return soon as a group. Plus, I won't recommend it to anyone again, as I had done. Word of mouth is great advertising, and a satisfied customer is the best advertising for a venue.

24/07/2025: Ristorante gigante e curato con personale molto entile e disponibile cucina dedicata, gustosa e raffinata. Si vede che la materia prima è di un ottimo livello, accompagnata da un servizio attento. I prezzi nella media e assolutamente adeguati alla qualità che viene servita. Se siete in zona non potete perdervelo!

11/05/2025: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — I was there for about 5 days. The staff were very kind and respectful, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. I do wish the hotel had a gym, but that’s not a big issue. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

01/08/2025: A charming place, the location is beautiful, decorated in a modern style. The staff is attentive, very kind and helpful. The food is excellent; I chose the meat menu, and the grilled beef was amazing.

31/07/2025: Excellent location. The welcome and service were truly pampering. The seafood menu we tried offers a variety of dishes that are both unusual and pleasing to the palate and the eye. The wonderfully displayed price includes service, water, and a glass of wine or a drink mixed by the Ruggine team (a guarantee!). It's therefore very in line and appropriate for the dinner we enjoyed. Highly recommended for business events or celebrating important moments.

06/07/2025: Excellent oriental prawns, excellent also the cold spaghetti, without forgetting the service, young and attentive! To return to dine in the courtyard!

22/06/2025: At the suggestion of our daughter who has a 'good nose' for gastronomy we allowed ourselves a lunch here after visiting the spectacular. Montagnana. We took the tasting menu for 27 euros each. Highly recommended. - entrance with tasting of Veneto ham (a discovery, sweet and fragrant) with a side dish of beans and cataloga cooked and seasoned, side dish: focaccia with Veneto ham still warm. - Pasta (bigoli) excellent, consistent but not too much. - dish: Bigoli alla Montagnana excellent with pesto and Veneto ham. Water, wine and coffee. Good service and done with courtesy and friendliness. Nice shop-style environment. Worth trying.

15/08/2025: This was our third visit and every time exceeds our already high expectations.

14/08/2025: I had the truffle pasta here and it was honestly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce was rich and creamy, and the fresh truffle on top made it heavenly. The place has such a cozy, authentic vibe and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. It felt like the kind of spot you just want to come back to again and again.

02/07/2025: I have eaten many Pasticiotti but the FRACASSO shortcrust pastry is fantastic for the Monachine I recommend eating them on site with transport and cold forgiveness but still always good

12/07/2025: Little meat, lots of fish, that's what you can say about this place. The food is good, and the place is quiet, reminiscent of a seaside restaurant. The price is average for fish.

We ate divinely, and since I'm celiac, I found so much to choose from, including an exceptional focaccia to go with it!! The service was attentive, kind, and fast! We'll be back as soon as possible ☺️
