22/04/2026: A group of 8 of us arrived at closing time and they treated us wonderfully! The food was also excellent, highly recommended!
09/03/2026: I visited Cadauno with dear friends who frequent the restaurant regularly; for my wife and I, however, it was the first time. I found the setting to be refined and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is quite varied and able to satisfy different tastes. For an appetizer, I tried their snails à la bourguignonne, which, despite being a slight reinterpretation of the classic recipe (shellless and lightly breaded), I found them to be truly delicious. In some ways, I considered the reinterpretation almost an improvement. For the second course, I couldn't help but choose their signature Spaghetti alla Giulio Cesare (Gragnano pasta with Karl Bernardi pancetta, cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, and organic Tuscan pecorino): an excellent dish, perfectly balanced. Kudos also to the wine cellar, well-stocked and with wines to suit every budget. The service was attentive and professional despite it being a Saturday night and a packed restaurant. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. I definitely think I'll be back.
