28/07/2025: We stopped for a snack after climbing the nearby Paretone. The welcome was warm, the service quick and friendly, the platter of excellent Aosta Valley cured meats was superb, and the beers were excellent. I found the quality/price ratio to be excellent.

25/07/2025: Extremely sour fondue (we've eaten many, but never one this sour). Dry and overcooked stew. The slogan is eat, drink, and smile, but the brunette/blonde waitress who served us literally didn't say a word, looked pissed off, and never responded to a thank you. She brought the plates, turned around, and left. We even hesitated to ask if the fondue was good, given the treatment... To top it all off, we went to pay, and they charged us for the polenta with fondue as polenta, fondue, and cotechino. Everything was perfect, I'd say 👌

17/07/2025: Informal place, home cooking, excellent desserts and cacio e pepe!

16/07/2025: A fantastic experience, we stumbled upon it by chance and it turned out to be the best meal of the holiday. The chef pampered us by letting us try all the typical local dishes. Everything was excellent, especially the pork cheek. The portions were generous and the price was more than fair.

23/08/2025: Really great place to stop and enjoy! The prices are the cheaper of the area and for that prices you have a really good food. We had to wait a bit for our dishes and for that reason they give us specialty for free. A great pleasure to diner there!

21/08/2025: Our favourite place to eat at Maiori. Friendly family run business that really cares about the quality of food and providing a lovely authentic experience. We have been three times already and planning to go back again before we fly home. The pizza was my daughter’s favourite pizza on holiday - trust me, she tried at least one a day in the last 12 days! The sea bream is amazing and their chicken special is like my mum’s. Wholesome food! You just need to go either at lunchtime or early evening to guarantee a spot as it gets busy - and so it should be!

04/08/2025: Locale molto giovanile e accogliente, gestori molto gentili e cortesi ( fanno sentire a casa ) qualità molto alta dei salumi formaggi dei vari piatti come i ravioli ai dolci, prezzo onnesto in linea com la quantità.

28/07/2025: La strada vale ogni sacchetto di focaccia che ci siamo divorati, il panorama ancora di più. Sono tante curve e la strada è stretta, ma una volta arrivati accoglienza e cibo meritano. Pappa al pomodoro davvero buona. Prezzo nella media. Peccato non ci stava il dolce, alla prossima!

01/08/2025: We ate a delicious, tasty, and well-cooked pizza while watching the most beautiful sunset of the year. The staff was friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they delivered on time. The hostess taught us about various Sicilian delicacies...which we'll try tomorrow. Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: Great food, fast and friendly service, good prices, there is always one employee who speaks basic english. There are not many places available there, it is more like a fast service to-go bar. For what it is I would recommend it

09/08/2025: The first courses were excellent, the tortelli were a dream. I'd like to try them all, but I couldn't have done it. The fried fish for the second course... I've never seen it so beautiful and delicious, too. The desserts, on the other hand... could be improved, to my taste. But, there's nothing to say, we ate very well!!!

07/08/2025: I discovered this place thanks to my parents. I recently returned with friends to celebrate a birthday, and everyone was delighted. The outdoor garden has been renovated and creates a simple yet refined atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, and the dishes are delicious (both meat and seafood, with top-notch desserts). The wine list features local products at fair prices. We'll definitely be back!

We kept coming back for the pizza, pasta and meat dishes. It's amazing value and a great atmosphere - highly recommended when visiting Alba!

17/08/2025: It's priceless to be able to eat in this crotto with a priceless view of two mountain peaks mirroring each other! The white pizzoccheri, easily mistaken for the ones from Valtellina, are mouth-watering! The bresaola melts in your mouth, along with the sciat! Ask to visit the grotto below the restaurant and you'll understand a lot about the life and goodness of these places.

16/08/2025: After a lovely drive, we arrived at this crotto, chosen by chance among the many in the area. The traditional food is high-quality and the portions generous. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

22/07/2025: Worth a try if you're in the area... But... I've called several times to make a reservation and it's always full... congratulations... I saw some fish dishes (I think Catalan) that were really beautifully presented! My experience: -The first courses were very good, tasty and plentiful (Donkey stew, shrimp, and zucchini) -Second courses: Ni (Grilled sea bass, grilled prawns, tuna steak) -Desserts: Apple pie, could be improved I would have appreciated a wine list (at least to know what they have available and how much they cost) rather than just verbal and very generic information. Price: I didn't find the right balance between price and MY experience.

01/07/2025: If food is important to you, then you must try this trattoria. The portions are generous but also well-cooked. The sliced beef is special, but the rest is also remarkable. The atmosphere is dated but suitable for lunch breaks and dinners with friends. The quality/price ratio is excellent. The staff is professional and courteous, and the owners are friendly.
