07/08/2025: I've already had lunch there on my motorcycle in the spring and with my family in the summer. Excellent local cuisine at fair prices with a sensational view. A definite recommendation! If you're expecting a five-star+ atmosphere a la Wolkenstein, you're probably in the wrong place.

L'atmosfera generale che si percepisce da subito è rilassata e accogliente. Si capisce che è un luogo di ritrovo per chi vive nei dintorni e per famiglie che decidono di trascorrervi le giornate di vacanza. La cucina è semplice e genuina, piatti abbondanti a prezzi buoni. Personale disponibole e competente che non consiglia poatti pdr il gusto di guadagnare ma per vera passione. Molto suggestivo il luogo circostante.

27/06/2025: What can I say: on a 7-day vacation, we had dinner in this little restaurant, 5 nights. It smells like home, of real, good and genuine things like once upon a time. Excellent raw materials and Rosita, the owner, is a superlative cook!!!! As is Paolo with his friendliness and cordiality. The best restaurant in Argentario and not only!!!! You must try the fried anchovies, the homemade pasta and the magnificent desserts always rigorously prepared by Rosita.

Le bruschette miste spaziavano con l inventiva...gorgonzola e noci , lardo di patanegra, robiola acciughe e cipolle caramellate...una coccola per il palato ! Per quanto riguarda il primo GNOCCO CON CREMA DI PARMIGIANO GORGONZOLA PORCINI E SPECK CROCCANTE bhe ....i miei più sinceri complimenti allo CHEF che è riuscita a bilanciare al meglio tutti i gusti creando una DELIZIA PER IL PALATO...non mancheremo di tornarci presto per gustare altre prelibatezze... complimenti a tutti voi!

10/08/2025: We visited Chiaravalle Abbey, one of the most significant Cistercian wonders in Northern Italy. Today, even the cloister, usually closed to the public, was accessible: a rare and precious opportunity. Strolling among those arches, immersed in the silence and the stone smoothed by time, was truly evocative. Despite the damage suffered over the centuries—wars, neglect, and bombings—the Abbey is still there, telling its story. It certainly needs major restoration, but a lack of funding likely hinders any intervention. Yet, despite everything, it continues to convey beauty, spirituality, and a profound sense of memory. A heritage that deserves much more attention.

06/08/2025: A beautiful abbey, well-maintained and with many frescoes inside. The mill, powered by purified water, is also beautiful. The well-kept internal courtyard houses the dining hall and the singing room. I recommend everyone to visit it! It's very good for the soul!
