Really nice place and very friendly staff. We shared a platter of cured meats between four of us (all delicious), then we moved on to the first course: the orecchiette with turnip tops were delicious! The dishes were really generous. Highly recommended.

Lunch for two on December 8th. I found this place and trusted the reviews as well as the photos, which were truly inviting. A very quaint trattoria, friendly staff, and excellent food. I would definitely return to try other dishes. There are several specials of the day off the menu (I would perhaps suggest a digital menu with a dynamic QR code for the more tech-savvy). Prices are absolutely average. I recommend it.

Shouldn't a host show at least a little interest in their customers, even if they are tourists? Okay, we had language difficulties, but we have rarely experienced such unfriendly service; eating out here is no fun at all!

A welcoming atmosphere, but with only a few items on the menu. Fast service. For a tourist destination, not having spaghetti on the menu is something that could be improved.

Posto incantevole, accoglienza magnifica. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e ospitale. Si mangia divinamente, cibi freschi e di ottima qualità. Le ragazze che servono ai tavoli sono molto attente alle esigenze dei clienti e molto gentili. Da andarci assolutamente. Quando tornerò ad Alberobello non potrò non passare per degustare i piatti tipici pugliesi.

Ristorante Pizzeria Braceria "Al Raffaello"

22/03/2026: Our second visit in Bari and to this restaurant in 18 months and the quality remains outstanding. We tried the octopus salad, the orecchiette con rapa, paccheri with seafood, and a rich zuppa di pesce with whole shrimp and mussels. Each dish full of authentic Puglian flavour. The Neapolitan-style pizzas have been super delicious, even in the gluten-free version. They are AIC-certified (The Italian Celiac Association), with nearly the entire menu available gluten-free as well, including a delicious pistachio cheesecake. A must-visit in Bari.
18/03/2026: We visited this restaurant last Saturday with some friends who had been there several times before. We were very pleased with the food, the courtesy, and the speed of the service. Good value, we'll definitely be back.
