23/11/2025: Very disappointing place. The waiter seemed to be in hurry all the time and his behaviour was condescending. The meal with cod smelled like an old fish and something burned. Water (payed) was served without any question. Portions were very small. Nothing in common with good Italian cuisine.
04/11/2025: Awarded the Bib Gourmand 2025, Osteria Piazzetta Cattedrale is a beautiful restaurant nestled in the heart of Ostuni's historic center. The setting is charming and the service attentive.
The meat dishes are particularly successful: the lamb chops are tender and full of flavor, while the perfectly grilled veal tomahawk steak rivals the finest restaurants.
However, the pasta dishes—especially the lobster gnocchi and the risotto with oyster sauce—don't quite reach the same heights. Every restaurant has its strengths: here, I would definitely focus on the meat dishes.

06/11/2025: A restaurant rooted in the 1980s, the food is quite good and plentiful, but in 2025, perhaps less quantity is needed, but more care is needed.
The appetizers are good, with cured meats and local specialties.
The first courses are fresh pasta, prepared by the restaurant itself, and quite good; the second courses are good-quality meat, but everything is cold.
The service is young and enthusiastic, but very chaotic. Too many tables, too much food; better to have less, and more quality and care.

27/10/2025: We only visited the restaurant, so we can't review the hotel. It's a beautiful place, right by the water. The prices are extremely high for Garda; a Spritz for €12... twice as much as what you'd pay for the rest. The staff tries to be friendly and accommodating. Most of the guests are wealthy people. The place is rather remote, but quiet for the center of Garda. Apart from the hotel, nothing is open in October.
15/08/2025: This place isn't Italian, it's international, it's touristy. Lots of Germans.

05/10/2025: A smile doesn't cost much; in fact, I'd say it's free. We've been to this restaurant before, and I can confirm the food is excellent, so 5 stars for the cuisine. I'm sorry we came at a time of mourning, given that the entire staff was involved.
We'll return, hoping for a welcome befitting a restaurant.
24/09/2025: Good restaurant in Palau, seafood-based cuisine, well-prepared and complete fish and seafood dishes. We ordered Burrata Salad and a grilled fish and seafood. Both dishes were very good and the quantity was good. Recommended.

12/11/2025: The girls in the dining room were very kind and helpful, but the owner was arrogant and rude.
The dining room was spacious and clean, the pizzas were excellent, including the fried food.
The service was efficient...in just a few minutes, they managed to make pizzas for about 50 people.

15/10/2025: Turned up at 220pm and was turned away as they were closed, despite them having listed on google kitchen open till 3pm
15/10/2025: The restaurant looks very nice... large spaces, nice decor, welcoming staff. On a Thursday evening, two of us arrived without a reservation and were seated immediately.
The food is excellent... The only downside is that some dishes sell out quickly, so even though they're on the menu and we weren't told anything beforehand, we had to change our order three times.
The pizzas also look good, but we didn't have a chance to try them.

19/11/2025: Four of us went on Sunday and had a wonderful meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service professional, and the Bolognese dishes were truly prepared as they should be. Tortellini, cutlet, and desserts were all perfect, but the fish, in my opinion, was of the highest quality in the Bolognese region—excellent quality and true tradition. It's clear why it's a historic restaurant.
A highly recommended experience. We'll definitely be back.

16/10/2025: A very large bar, with outdoor tables as well, facing a park with a lake. They make very good artisanal ice cream, homemade biscuits, and then they have sweet and savory options for breakfast and quick lunches. In the evening they do aperitifs with appetizers. I recommend it to anyone who wants to meet up for a moment of company and relaxation.
