18/06/2025: Sono stato all’Alexander di Ravenna un sabato sera, alla ricerca di una location particolare… e l’ho trovata! Il ristorante si trova in un luogo davvero insolito e suggestivo: un’ex chiesa, poi diventata cinema a luci rosse, oggi trasformata in un ristorante elegante e dall’atmosfera unica. Ho scelto il menù degustazione di pesce (58 €) e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Ogni piatto è stato curato nei dettagli, con sapori decisi e ben armonizzati. Le capesante crude, servite in modo creativo, sono state eccezionali. Ottimo anche il dessert, davvero piacevole. L’unico piatto leggermente sotto le aspettative è stato il tagliolino all’astice, dove l’astice era un po’ coperto da altri sapori più intensi, ma nel complesso tutto è stato di alto livello. Servizio attento, cortese e veloce, senza mai risultare invadente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare il menù di carne. Un’esperienza da consigliare sia per la cucina che per l’atmosfera!

13/07/2025: It feels like the '80s. A trattoria where you eat well, served by young, capable and friendly waiters. Interesting wine list. Lovely garden, and lovely mosquitoes. The only flaw is the bagged Grana Padano cheese. Heresy! In Zola, I want freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

04/07/2025: Unique fish dishes with funny names (we were surprised by the entrée: butter with walnuts prepared by them, served with bread, always homemade). We appreciated everything: the refined flavors, the plating, the wine, the advice and the service... And the presence of flower petals and aromatic leaves that perfumed the palate. Friendly and helpful staff both in recommending dishes and in understanding our wishes. It is a small and welcoming place, furnished with style, with a large window overlooking the main street. It is suitable for intimate dinners or small groups.

25/05/2025: English: We have had lunch several times in this restaurant surrounded by greenery but not too far from Genoa. The place is really beautiful and the furnishings are well-kept, with courteous and helpful service. Our lunches were truly delicious: the first time, in addition to the appetizer of parmesan cream and egg, all the courses - gnocchi with Lavagé blue cheese, Jerusalem artichoke plin, tagliolini with cocoa, pork fillet, boiled tongue, duck breast, bonet with amaretto, kiwi panna cotta and goat ricotta - were exquisite and carefully presented. The second time we opted for an appetizer of robiola panna cotta with spicy pepper and pear sauce, gnocchi with toma fondue, pears and amaretti, pork fillet and cheek; everything always delicious. Very fair price considering the high quality of each proposal, it is the perfect place to eat excellently when you want to leave the city. Highly recommended!

10/03/2025: Enchanting place in a small village where the managers of Cantina Alpina also organize and set up super nice exhibitions and vernissages. It is highly recommended to stay and eat at this small hotel where my partner and I spent a relaxing weekend. You can easily reach ski destinations as well as walks immersed in nature. 27/04/2025: Avevo sentito parlare da amici di questo locale e nel mio immaginario pensavo a una trattoria ubicata in un edificio storico di una località agricola. Mi sbagliavo in quanto il ristorante è costituito da una grande sala e da una più piccola che funge da ingresso. Purtroppo in un ambiente così concepito, quando il locale è pieno (e pare ciò sia ricorrente) vi sono problemi di insonorizzazione. Per il resto il locale ha soddisfatto le aspettative: - ottima qualità del cibo e buona cucina; - servizio soddisfacente sebbene il locale fosse pieno e in un giorno festivo (25 aprile); - molta attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti (cibo senza glutine e senza formaggio); - ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sicuramente ci tornerò e, possibilmente, concorderò i piatti tipici di stagione.
