Excellent hotel - convenient for the Bassano area.

Beautiful room, but... broken elevator, minimal breakfast, and some lights don't work. Only two very young women do everything, from reception to breakfast. Located in the industrial area, surrounded by warehouses, it still has its charm, with a lovely garden and very nice furnishings.

A beautiful, renovated 18th-century villa, it has spacious, well-appointed, and characterful rooms. The suites are wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience. The room was elegant, meticulously designed, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to help with a smile and satisfy any request. You could sense their great attention to guests. Overall, everything was impeccable: cleanliness, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for quality and a pleasant stay.

Villa Palma is situated in a very pretty setting, and the room is spacious and adequate. However, the staff is infrequent, and the breakfast is not very good: the cappuccino was cold, and the scrambled eggs were really not great. The setting is very nice, but the rest needs improvement.

Wonderful, quiet place, super-efficient staff. Good breakfast. New, super-relaxing massage chairs. Highly recommended.
