22/10/2025: I was very happy to go there. There were new and creative dishes, and they were well-executed, but this time they were basic, and everything was very neutral, mild, and darling! I won't be back for now. I'll wait five months and then try again, hoping they understand that some seafood needs to be enhanced with seasoning. Not everything should be left to its own taste, which can be nauseating.

13/11/2025: A coffee worth trying – you either like it or you don't. The process of creation itself is poetry. The flavor is unconventional – there's lime, a strong sweetness, and of course, strong coffee. It undoubtedly provides a kick and energy for a walk along the rocky coast.

10/09/2025: If you're not obsessed with Neapolitan pizza and just want a good, or rather excellent, Roman-style "pinsa" pizza, this is the place to go in Alassio. The pizza is truly remarkable, well-served, and perhaps a little pricey, but not in this particular location. It's a shame the outdoor seating area overlooks the road, where cars pass just a few centimeters away.

01/11/2025: Today I ordered the cabbage soup to go, and I have to compliment the chef. It was delicious, flavorful, with a hint of nutmeg, and not greasy. Trattoria San Giovanni is a guarantee.

26/10/2025: One of the few places in the area open on Sundays off-season (October)! The menu is suitable for all tastes, and the pork shank and venison stew are truly excellent. Excellent service, almost no wait times...and the staff are friendly!
