We'll be back to try the steak, even though it's almost 90 km to get there and back, but it's definitely worth it.

03/10/2025: I had dinner at this lovely place, surrounded by greenery by the pool. Well, what can I say? The dishes were exquisite. We had a six-course tasting menu, and I gave it 4 stars because some dishes, for my taste, were a bit too heavy with oil, and at the end of the experience, I felt a bit heavy in both my mouth and stomach. Perhaps the price was a bit high, €75 per person, considering we only had water and the dishes used were fairly simple and humble. The service was very friendly and attentive, explaining each dish to us as it arrived in an excellent manner. I'll be back for another experience. Congratulations 👏

The service is impeccable, with attentive and professional staff. The value for money is exceptional for a top-tier restaurant. The wine selection is excellent, perfectly complementing the amazing cuisine. The homemade bread and olive oil are delicious and a great introduction to the overall quality of the food. We particularly enjoyed the fillet steak with porcini mushrooms and the "Montagna Toscana" dessert. A restaurant that masterfully combines taste, elegance, and local tradition. Highly recommended. Top of the list in Florence!

09/11/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant just today, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised: fast service and friendly staff, exceptional food, and fair prices (the latter is becoming a rarity). The cacio e pepe in a cheese wheel is amazing; you absolutely have to try it!

Gorgeous place and delicious food, all very fresh and with a lot of variety, which is not a given because even those who can't eat certain things due to intolerances were able to fill up on other very delicious dishes 😀. I highly recommend the establishment...among other things, the place is beautiful and so green! The gluten-free options are also a plus. Everything was truly excellent 😊

02/10/2025: I recently attended a wedding. I was scolded for asking if I could take away the fresh flower centerpieces, both myself and other guests, making it seem like they owned them, when I later discovered they were paid for by the couple. There's no doggy bag service... terrible gluten-free food... Staff always in a rush to stay within working hours... Positive notes: enchanting location, good starter buffet. I wouldn't recommend it.

The menu offers a good variety, from traditional Italian classics to more modern offerings. The portions are generous, and the quality of the ingredients is evident: everything is fresh and well-cooked. The first courses, truly excellent, and the desserts are particularly noteworthy, both well worth a try. The prices are average, perhaps a little high for some courses, but fully justified by the overall quality of the service and dishes. The only small flaw is that during busy periods the wait can be a bit long, but nothing excessive. Overall, a place definitely worth a visit: tasty cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere, and service that makes guests feel welcome. Recommended.
