The loaf with sourdough served warm, superb The menu has a prevalence of land, Anonymous complimentary amuse-bouche from the chef followed by a course of scallops, very well plated but without any flavour, overcooked, tiny and of poor quality The cod, two courses, has the same fate, served in a priest's hat, uncomfortable to eat and absolutely tasteless and only extremely pungent with pepper despite the various ingredients Complimentary six mignon at the end of the meal of good quality that we have not tried A glass of prosecco and two bottles of water €107 Price normal if it weren't for the quality of the food P.s. Lately I have noticed more attention to "complicated" dishes than to care and respect for flavours, chef does not mean cook, but boss. And as with all jobs, you become a boss with years of work, not with three months of internship in a starred one

01/05/2025: We stopped by Alle Carrette for a casual meal and enjoyed a nice mix of dishes. The fried zucchini flower was crispy and delicious — a great start. We tried the potato croquette and the kale Carette pizza. The pizza had a very thin crust and was well-prepared, though we personally prefer the thicker Roman-style base. The highlight was the tiramisu — light, creamy, and not too sweet, just the way we like it. Friendly service and a good spot for a relaxed bite near the center.

18/04/2025: Very good restaurant. The zucchini Burata Pesto and salmon gnocchi are excellent! The pizzas too! I highly recommend! Service a little long at dessert time but otherwise it was great!
