I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana

14/04/2025: Sono stato sabato 12 aprile 2025 al Tulipano Nero in Roma Trastevere. Il locale è carino vicino piazza S. Cosimato, ma il menu presenta una varietà di piatti eccessiva, da l'idea di un ristorante turistico, poi all'inzio del pasto ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare una forchetta che aveva residui di cibo. I primi vengono serviti in una padella di alluminio, è una cosa simpatica ma arrivano a tavola tiepidi. Queste le ordinazioni: Acqua (4 euro): c'è solo la bottiglia da un litro, l'acqua viene servita già aperta e senza tappo. Amatriciana (12 euro): pomodoro buono, guanciale troppo cotto, pasta non proprio al dente, quantità scarsa. Carbonara (14 euro): poco cremosa, un pò asciutta, cottura pasta come sopra. Creme caramel (8 euro): normale. Cialda con crema e fragole (9 euro): è un cestino di pasta frolla grande come una tazzina di caffè, contenente un pò di crema e nutella, con quattro pezzetti di fragola agli angoli del piatto. Conto: Totale 47,00 euro più 4,70 euro di IVA che non era ben evidenziata nel menu (forse colpa mia che non l'ho vista?), totale pagato IVA inclusa 51,70 euro. Conclusioni: ribadisco l'impressione iniziale, locale più adatto a turisti o persone poco esigenti, non adatto ai "romani" che vogliono mangiare una amatriciana o carbonara veraci e abbondanti.

12/04/2025: Wir hatten 1 x Bruschetta ( ein Stück) einmal frittierte Artischocke ( ein Stück)...ganz schön mager....dann mein Mann Pasta Alfredo für 16 Euro ...( Wenig Nudeln) Ich Carbonara..die waren sehr gut ! Zwei Media birra a 7 Euro...am Ende der Geschichte...es stand nirgends!!! Kamen noch 7 Euro drauf für ??? Service !!! Wir bekamen kein Brot ...und Pfeffer und Salz mussten wir uns noch selbst holen ... obwohl es bei uns noch relativ leer war ...nee nee nicht wieder...

02/04/2025: DON'T BE SERIOUS, I went on the recommendation of the website because of the good reviews, it is a good deal but they charge you €5 per head for service, the pizzas are terrible, we ordered a provolone and I asked if it was that way and he told me yes, and it was a pizza with provolone and pepper, which is not what we were looking for, not to mention that a glass of Coca-Cola cost me €6 but well maybe I understand that, but that's where the pizzas and we paid €44.50

09/03/2025: Let's start with the pizza, the best in Pordenone and among the best I've ever eaten, the staff is really kind and welcoming, they give the idea of ​​being a nice team, and with lots of young guys. It's now a permanent appointment for us, well done!

27/03/2025: Very nice location, but the staff and the food need to be reviewed. The rigatoni all'amatriciana was tough, the sauce was inedible as it was so acidic and what's more the bacon didn't arrive... The very heavy carbonare tasted only of egg. The sorbet served in panna cotta cups and without a spoon... It's a shame because the location really deserves it.

16/03/2025: We had a pretty good lunch. Only the carbonara is excessively heavy and in general the first courses are too abundant, the second courses are lighter and the sauce for the meatballs is excellent. The wine is very good. Service a little anonymous and bill a little high for starter and first course.

11/04/2025: Bellissimo sapere di poter mangiare bene senza dover prendere la macchina e muoversi fino al centro. Materie prime eccellenti, personale molto accogliente e preparato, scelta di vini incredibile, porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi un po' alti per essere in periferia ma per la qualità dei piatti ne vale la pena. Torneremo sicuramente

For lunch they also offer a menu of the day, always excellent and with a very good variety. I highly recommend coming both for a lunch break and for a quality dinner. 10/04/2025: A very well-known place in the area and beyond, going there you understand why: a welcoming and well-kept place, ideal for evenings with friends. Smiling, friendly staff available to best advise the customer. Dinner with the giropizza formula (on Thursday evening): particular doughs with unusual and centered combinations that make everything very balanced, combined with quality ingredients ensure that the platters are always light and very tasty. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu!!

23/03/2025: I came to this restaurant years ago and I wanted to try it again... The meat was good, but in my opinion a Florentine steak must have a nice fillet and not almost non-existent one. If I had wanted to eat a rib-eye I would have taken a rib-eye... instead I took a Florentine steak and ate a rib-eye... the fillet was tiny while the rib-eye was 6 times the size of the fillet... almost making me think it had been removed from the meat... I should have had a fillet and that's it I would have been much happier. initially I had chosen the Fiorentina Nebraska at 100 per kg but then when I saw the meat at the counter which had the non-existent fillet I took an Italian Fiorentina... but the result was the same. The meat was good, the fillet was very soft, too bad there were 4 pieces on a very large Florentine steak... bah

08/03/2025: Пожалуй, вкуснее чем в этом ресторане мы не ели нигде в мире. Потрясающе вкусно и элегантно! Замечательный шеф-повар, который лично приветствует гостей и рассказывает о своих блюдах и винах. Все, что мы попробовали в ресторане, было сделано руками персонала, включая хлеб и лимончелло. Рекомендую от всей души!

20/04/2025: Very bad experience. We were a table of 11 people, we took the typical local dish carne salada with beans. 4 slices of salted meat with a few beans alongside 18 euros per plate!! Tasteless meat, we also took the carbonara, raw pasta and tasteless here too. Very little choice of dishes. At 9.30pm they ask us to pay because the place has to close. At 9.35pm they vacuum under the tables while we are still sitting!!!! At the checkout when we paid we asked if they offered us limoncellos, the owner replied that since we arrived at 8.45pm instead of 8.30pm he would have made us pay 6 euros each!!!! The only positive note was the very good and friendly young waitress!! Place to avoid!!
