19/04/2025: Small and welcoming environment with a view of the wood-burning oven. Wide selection of pizzas from the most classic to the "gourmet" ones. Classic Neapolitan pizza. The pizza is simply delicious with genuine and tasty ingredients. The mountain ones are also delicious!! Fair prices, possibly also available on the fork. The "l'incanto" dessert, caramel, chocolate etc. is delicious.

The tasting menus are excellent and I recommend trying the crudite menu at least once. You can perceive the chef's passion accompanied by constant research and study for new culinary proposals. The dishes are of a high standard, the presentation is refined and the raw materials are of the highest quality! The environment is welcoming and elegant, booking is recommended. The entire staff is competent, always smiling and available for every customer need. Prices are in line with other market offers!! Always highly recommended!!!

20/04/2025: Finally we too realize the dream of trying Franco Pepe's pizza and dishes. The restaurant is located in Caiazzo, a province of Caserta, reachable only by car (30m). Our experience was as fantastic as we imagined, super light pizzas and one better than the other. We chose the 45e tasting menu and were not disappointed. Franco Pepe with his humility and professionalism managed to create extraordinary pizzas and fried foods, very careful to make these foods super light even if fried, I have never seen anything like this. I don't understand the reviews that criticize this high quality food, the only thing that can be criticized is the service and the wait, but given the amount of customers who come from all over the world, it's justifiable. We were also lucky enough to take a photo with Pepe and who surprisingly at the end of our culinary experience invited us to take a selfie with him, in the Netflix oven. Afterwards he also gave us an autograph and a pin to stick on the fridge. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that they don't specify that the tip is mandatory (they include it directly in the 15% of the total expense bill), given that the tip in Italy is not mandatory it would have been nice to specify it. For the rest nothing to say, it is the best pizza I have ever eaten (according to my personal taste) I will definitely return.
