14/03/2025: Appena rientrati da una cena fantastica, il nome del ristorante, appropriato indica cosa aspettarsi non la qualità che trovi...altissima. Salumi ,torta fritta e polenta fritta eccezionali, davvero. Vini agli stessi livelli,ottimo servizio e rapporto qualità prezzo fantastica. Vista sul castello meravigliosa e locale molto bello. Liquore offerto. Serve altro? Bravissimi

14/04/2025: Eravamo in 6 e abbiamo preso 2 giri di portate. Tutto senza sapore. Frittatino di asparagi che gli asparagi non c'erano... Plin al baccala' con olive taggiasche che non sapevano di baccala' ed erano asciuttissimi... nessun intingolo a legare, le olive taggiasche se le metti tratatissime diventano briciole di olva asciutte! Tutto disaggregato. Le lumache... immangiabili. Cosi non va. Li' manca chi controlla i sapori in uscita. Peccato!

13/04/2025: Pranzo davvero ottimo, servizio gentile e competente. Come antipasto una frittata con " vartis" nostrani, sopra uova all'occhio di bue , ed aggiunta di tarassaco..una vera scoperta. Agnolotti come sempre eccellenti. Lumache al sugo ottime. Come dolce un tortino di mele caldo con gelato da leccarsi i baffi.

The restaurant's decor is modern and chic, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a romantic evening or an evening with friends. There were two of us and it was magical, I saw that the restaurant also has a private area for group lunches/dinners away from the main room which we will book soon to celebrate my birthday. Super recommended!

17/03/2025: This track is always beautiful, I haven't been there for years, the new management is smart and eager to do things, they have also added karts

15/03/2025: Technical and very fun track for both beginners and experts, well-maintained karts (Sodì brand), presence of a refreshment area/bar. They hold a "rental" championship in collaboration with Futura Corse. Only flaw: lack of lockers to store personal items. Highly recommended

07/04/2025: Small portions and overpriced. Tuna tartare was quite horrible €20 dish of tuna (not the freshest) fruit salad with strawberries and apples. Does not work, I’m afraid. The caponata was rather okay, but only a tiny amount for €12. Pasta a la Norma: overstated and not a lot. Not happy and do not recommend.

06/04/2025: We looked for somewhere that locals frequented and reviewed. The catch phrase “Never Trust a Thin Cook” made us chuckle thus we decided to give it a try. Oh what a treat indeed to get fresh, flavorful dishes that were brought out quickly with attention to detail! All the staff worked as a team and Ana was especially customer service oriented. The chef Giovanni made it a point to welcome us soon upon arriving. The mussels and clam spaghetti was a delicious mixture of aroma and flavor and the sausage ravioli was cooked to perfection with a slight hint of heat. The Sicilian Salad was a devine blend of ingredients like they were just picked fresh from the garden accompanied with oregano. A definite must visit for anyone wanting a solid Sicilian meal on Ortigia Island!

22/03/2025: We haven't even asked for the receipt yet, we need to write a review. We ate too well, if we really had to find a negative element, there was only one sandwich with pistachio left (I understand why) but in the end I got the horse meatball with pistachio and that's fine. Total top, we'll be back!

11/04/2025: Mi dispiace leggere recensioni negative perché noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Avevamo fatto preparare una torta di compleanno per i 30 anni di mio figlio. Già al momento dell’ordine la ragazza è stata gentilissima nell’ascoltare le mie richieste e darmi suggerimenti che alla fine sono stati utilissimi. E’ stata preparata una torta chantilly con gocce di cioccolato all’interno e decorazione con frutti di bosco per 30 persone . Oltre ad essere bellissima, a detta degli invitati era pure buonissima!

31/03/2025: The place is super! The owner of the restaurant is very nice person and we got the warmest service ever. The pizza was very tasty and prices are super normal.

30/03/2025: I've been coming to this place for years, every time it's like stepping foot in your own home. The pizza is exceptional and one of the best in the entire Pisa area, but above all the welcome, cheerfulness and familiarity while maintaining the utmost professionalism is what always makes me come back.

28/03/2025: Honestly, I had higher expectations from this "historic" place; a good platter of cold cuts and cheeses rather distant from an "anonymous and rather spongy" steak and a chicory over-sautéed in a preparation of oil with a very spicy pepper-chili flavor. Service was normal and the price was in line even if I was not satisfied at all. I'm sorry but we're not there!

15/03/2025: I went to dinner with my husband, a clean and traditional place. The fried gnocco with cured meats was very good, and the Gonzaga maccheroncini with pumpkin and salamella were also excellently cooked. I also took the colt stew with polenta, excellent and very tender. The tiramisu and amaretto semifreddo were also very good, also made by them. Marisa the owner was very kind and friendly. Excellent and fast service. Thanks to Marisa and her staff. I recommend it.
