11/11/2025: Never disappoints! Excellent steakhouse. Don't get too carried away, otherwise you risk overdoing it. The meat was excellent and well-cooked. For two, we ordered four spicy sausages, a skewer of spicy bombette, ten turcinieddhi (splendidly cooked), a generous portion of beef strips, a portion of excellent baked potatoes, a cassata, a liter of house rosé wine, and a liter of water. Price was €28 per person. I'd say it's a fair value given the quality. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the young waiters were truly attentive and professional.

09/11/2025: We went to this grill restaurant near the center of Brindisi last night and had the meat. Everything was delicious, but unfortunately, we realized after we got the bill, and it had been miscalculated. The three of us spent €110. Furthermore, we didn't have a receipt for the total, but we were charged €40 each.

08/10/2025: We arrived at an untimely time for lunch, but we were greeted with kindness and courtesy. Delicious lunch. Try the tender, flavorful tagliata. Recommendation.

04/12/2025: An extremely negative experience: the staff was rude and incompetent, the food was expired, and hygiene was completely lacking. Furthermore, they required advance payment without guaranteeing adequate service, even sending you to the hospital. I strongly advise against this activity and urge maximum caution.

02/12/2025: Unfortunately, we tried again, but were disappointed again. Compared to just last year, I find the quality of the pizza and the ingredients used to be lacking. There's certainly a lot of variety, but the pizza was rubbery, and the mozzarella was over-the-top and cloying. The farinata was good. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming, but I wouldn't choose it for a good pizza.

12/11/2025: The educational farm is beautiful, with all kinds of animals and birds. The owners are kind and very welcoming. The food is very good.

14/11/2025: Super cozy place full of lights! The staff is young, friendly, and always smiling! It's become a regular stop for us, along with our toddler who loves this place! The burgers are amazing, as are the spicy fries! Plus, they make limited-edition burgers for various occasions and holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc.). The drinks are also very good, especially the Americano (unfortunately, I don't drink beer, but I know they have excellent craft beers). What can I say? Definitely the best pub in the area!!

31/08/2025: This place has become a must-try for me every time I visit Salento. Words can't describe the mastery of the preparation and sophistication of the dishes. We're talking about fish cured meats! I don't eat meat or meat products, but I can say with certainty that their fish cured meats are every bit as good as real cured meats. Try them and believe them! Grab a platter, or a tuna porchetta, or a tuna veal stew, and tell me I'm wrong! All washed down with the local rosé... Top! But can we leave out the dessert that literally blows my mind? The frisamisú! I repeat, it's a must-try for me every time I visit. Unfortunately, it seems they're about to cut back on the opening flowers to focus more on their artisanal cured meats, which you can buy if you want 😉😉

19/10/2025: Is it possible that a restaurant loses a customer for 15.00? I went to lunch with my daughter at this restaurant, and I returned a clam-based first course because it was tasteless, salty, and had sand in it. I've already returned a dish I didn't like at restaurants I frequent, but this is the first time I've paid for it. What bothers the customer is the response: "Other people don't complain, it's a matter of taste." Is that a response? Kindness and intelligence are essential in a good restaurant. A terrible experience, one to forget.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There's a good selection of wines. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are very well-maintained and stylishly decorated. The restrooms were also very clean.
