04/11/2025: One of my go-to places as a celiac, right in the historic center of Lecce. Outstanding dishes, from appetizers to desserts. The menu offers a wide range of dishes featuring traditional local flavors, reinterpreted to take advantage of the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The menu includes fried and fried fish, platters, rich salads, balanced first courses, delicious second courses, and pucce (fish and meat dishes) with both seafood and meat, featuring sophisticated and original combinations. All, of course, have a gluten-free option. The service is always very friendly and attentive to the customer's needs and requests. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's well-managed, even outside.

06/12/2025: We had the opportunity to dine at the Cannon d'Oro restaurant in Cocconato during Bagna Cauda Day 2025. The Bagna Cauda was delicious and plentiful, with a generous selection of accompanying vegetables, and the service was more than friendly. I also wanted to highlight their skill in finding us a table (for six people, and in one of the historic rooms overlooking the beautiful terrace) with practically no notice.

25/09/2025: I've been to this magnificent venue for two events, and the only thing I can say is CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Every detail was taken care of, from the food to the ambiance, and especially the service...highly recommended.

14/10/2025: Stayed this summer, a charming place with meticulous attention to detail, a suite with a sea-view hot tub and breathtaking views. The breakfasts were generous and made with freshly picked produce. Kudos to Manuela, who took such great care of us. The garden is very well-kept; these past few days we've seen the passion of the gardener, a charming man with a Tuscan accent. In short, a place to unwind and be pampered by nature, relaxation, and Manuela's attention. Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: If it were possible, I'd give it less than one star: 1. Disgusting bathrooms, dirty everywhere, including the tiles. The bathroom door had a hook that only partially closed, only cold water, and the electric hand dryer was ineffective; 2. The only food options for dessert were tea/herbal tea with sachets written only in German, and cornmeal biscuits (chewy!) or Baci di Dama biscuits for €1 each; no hot chocolate, cappuccino, coffee with cream, or obviously any cakes or sweets to accompany them. As for savory, it was impossible to order toast/tasting boards or anything else unless accompanied by a Spritz; the restriction on the alcoholic option is highly questionable! 3. The waitress returned after ten minutes, attempting to clear the table even though we hadn't finished our herbal teas. In conclusion, 3 herbal teas, 2 melina biscuits, and 1 Baci di Dama biscuit for €21!!! Not recommended!

23/11/2025: We stopped at this place by chance, looking for shelter from the cold. We ordered two hot chocolates with cream, generous portions, and fair prices. Plus, we were able to take advantage of the souvenir section to bring back some gifts for our relatives. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The second time, I must admit, was particularly nice — we didn’t get the name of the waiter but we know he was from Moldavia and he was particularly nice and accommodating!
