There was a fixed menu for €13, but we opted for the a la carte menu.
Disappointed with the appetizer, cured meats, and cheeses for €9, perhaps it was right not to expect more... the sore point for me was her majesty the paniscia! It was just a creamy risotto with beans, that's all! The great chef expects it and prepares it this way, but life isn't a paniscia.
You can drink it à la carte.

The service and food are truly excellent. The chef's risottos are out of this world. We've tried several dishes, and they've always been top-notch. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, almost like being at home.

We had lunch at this restaurant for a birthday. The appetizers were exceptional, with a wide variety of Piedmontese specialties. For my main course, I chose the braised cheek, which was truly delicious, and to finish, an excellent chocolate cake.

I had lunch at Pane Amore e Poderia with some friends. The place is truly lovely, well-kept, and welcoming, as is the food, which we found delicious and beautifully presented.
Unfortunately, however, the experience was marred by the staff: we found them rather listless and unengaging with customers. This really makes a difference, as it prevents you from fully immersing yourself in the atmosphere or experiencing that "wow, I feel at home" feeling that a place like this could convey.
A real shame, because with more attentive and warm service, the experience would have been much better.

A reinvented Panissa, very good: just the right amount of flavor and rice cooked to perfection. The ice cream with freshly made zabaglione was excellent.
