How can we describe the food we had...!
The Jerusalem artichoke entrée was truly delicious, with a truly pleasing contrast of textures.
My companion and I split an appetizer of Angus beef tartare (SUPERLATIVE, I'd say it was the best dish of the dinner), then he had the pork cheek (the meat was cooked perfectly, it practically melted in the mouth), and I had the spaghetti alla chitarra (also very good).
We finished with a dessert (licorice cream and chocolate mousse), both with very original flavors and well-crafted.
We finished with complimentary cookies, which were very tasty and had a pleasant texture.
We're not wine connoisseurs; we each had a glass, but I'd say both were
good wines.
The total bill was commensurate with the quality of the food we consumed.
Special mention also goes to the staff, made up of young but extremely professional and friendly people, which made us feel pampered and at home.
28/02/2026: A splendid hotel, in every way. Elegance, refinement, comfortable rooms and services, and above all, unparalleled kindness and helpfulness. Moreover, the staff is very young, a rare find in establishments of this caliber.
Oh, and it goes without saying that the breakfast was excellent and varied. Kudos and thanks 🙏
