16/12/2025: We organized an evening with friends to exchange Christmas greetings. The quality of the pizza (especially the dough) is a ripoff of Neapolitan pizza, but nothing like it: too thin. The vaunted electric oven, which they claim makes the pizza taste like it's been cooked over a wood-fired oven, leaves an unpleasant taste on the palate: nothing like a wood-fired oven, anyway. To conclude, after eating two plates of various fried foods such as potatoes, onion rings, etc., pizzas, beers, grappas, and liqueurs, we politely asked if we could cut a panettone we'd bought that evening at a well-known supermarket chain in the city as a Christmas greeting. WE WERE DENIED, without any plausible explanation. And thank goodness we'd left the sparkling wine in the car beforehand so as not to cause any problems. PS: We then asked them to sell us a panettone and a sparkling wine, but they weren't on their menu. I'll leave the comments to the reader. The evening was certainly not to our liking, and in any case, we consumed the panettone and sparkling wine anyway, but on the street after leaving the pizzeria.

16/12/2025: I recently dined at this pizzeria and had a really good time. I had a parmigiana pizza, which was delicious. The price was well-matched for the quality of the service, and the staff was very welcoming. I'll definitely be back... Thank you.

16/07/2025: Exceptional pizza! Margherita with lots of fresh tomatoes, just the way I like them, perfect dough, and white wine to complete the experience. A small, cozy, and well-kept place. Fairly priced (€15). I'll be back!

16/07/2025: UÂO PIZZA was an exciting discovery. I ordered a simple Margherita, accompanied by water and a glass of white wine, and was truly impressed. The pizza was extraordinary: soft, well-leavened dough, a perfect crust, and above all, lots of fresh, abundant tomato. I asked the owner why so many other pizzerias always have scant and dry tomatoes, and he replied that many try to save money, while they don't: they use plenty and only choose high-quality ingredients. The place is small but welcoming, with attention to detail, a beautiful open-plan oven and large windows overlooking the street. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. The price is also excellent (15 euros total). A 10-euro pizza!

08/11/2025: The dining room is well-decorated, and the terrace is also very pleasant in the summer. The atmosphere is superb. The food is good but nothing special, a solid 8.5. Service is almost nonexistent, with zero customer service, and the staff are sometimes awkward. I don't think I'll return; the quality of the food can easily be found anywhere else with much better service.

10/11/2025: Fantastic, authentic northern food. We had the owner’s son serve us and he really knew his stuff. We will be back!

19/10/2025: Rustic yet perfectly integrated into the historic center, with stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling. A warm atmosphere. The cuisine features classic local dishes, from lake fish to risotto, mushrooms, quail, and stuffed pasta. I tried the quail and the Sforzato risotto. Both were delicious (especially the quail).

10/11/2025: A true gem in Aidone! We were warmly welcomed into the family-run restaurant and were treated with the most authentic Sicilian food, drinks and hospitality. No written menu was presented but we somehow knew we were in good hands and what we ended up experiencing did not disappoint our instinct. We were treated like old friends by the owner and his sons. And the food - everything was just like our Sicilian mama would cook for us back home☺️

21/10/2025: Really enjoyed this restaurant — the food was delicious and prepared with great care. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The pasta was just perfect: rich sauce and great texture! I also calculated the calories of this dish using the service shown in the photo — it turned out to be super easy and convenient. I totally recommend trying it out, it really helps to keep track of what you eat. Great place and a great experience overall!

15/10/2025: Despite the language barrier, we were able to put together a great selection using Google Images. The food was very good and beautifully presented. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There's a good selection of wines. The value for money is excellent. The rooms are very well-maintained and stylishly decorated. The restrooms were also very clean.

25/11/2025: Very small restaurant, unwelcoming waiters, messy food served, meager portions, poor service, and poor food quality. The food, among other things, is raw. Disgusting.

24/11/2025: A memorable dinner! ​We tried the excellent cavolo nero soup, the spaghettioni with pecoringrana cheese, and the tordelli, all flavorful and excellent. ​The highlight was the three Florentine steaks: incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. ​The cuisine received top marks, but the courtesy also deserves a mention: the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. ​A 5-star experience that I highly recommend!

08/12/2025: While vacationing in Ivrea, I stumbled upon this restaurant; I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The waiters were friendly and always attentive to our requests. Tagliolini with truffles were truly delicious!!! The quality/price ratio was incredibly good! If you're passing through Ivrea, a visit here is a must, especially if you appreciate good traditional cuisine. We'll be back as soon as possible!

02/12/2025: We spent a weekend at your hotel, welcomed with prosecco and glasses of wine in our room. We had a wonderful time; we had excellent pizza for dinner, a classic but generous breakfast, and lunch with a generous appetizer, two first courses, a side dish, and dessert, all delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer our every request. The room was clean, the only flaw being the small TV. I recommend it for a quiet and romantic weekend.

06/12/2025: We came here on the last night of our trip and it was delicious. Not the best pasta I had in Castellammare, but it was flavourful and huge portions with lots of seafood. The addition of curry in the ravioli sauce was unusual but it worked. The staff are very friendly - we ordered a carafe of wine and only had the thick stemmed water glasses. They were quick to bring us proper white wine glasses and were welcoming of our attempts at Italian! The outside area is on a slant which isn’t the most comfortable but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. I would come here again!

08/11/2025: In September, we dined at "La.maidda" a few evenings and had a wonderful time. The first and second courses were incredibly fresh fish. The tuna and pistachio steak was fantastic. The house wine was excellent. The price was reasonable for the dishes. Recommended!
