We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, one of the few open in Aidone this time of year. Delicious antipasti, homemade pasta, and cannoli! And, much appreciated, a small mandarin liqueur digestif was offered before we left!

We went to this restaurant for lunch after visiting the archaeological area of Aidone. We were greeted by the owner and his son with great kindness and friendliness. We ate divinely!! The food was high-quality and traditional, local. The wine and other drinks, especially the ricotta one, were exceptional.

Very hospitable place and people.
Welcoming place, excellent service, and plentiful, high-quality traditional dishes. The appetizers are excellent, as are the first and second courses.
Fair prices, coffee and liqueurs included.

A wonderful surprise. We were undecided whether to stop or get back on the road after visiting the museum. Luckily, we stayed and made this discovery. A small, family-run trattoria, serving traditional cuisine and locally sourced produce. Ask the young owner for advice. From the appetizers to the tart, everything is homemade and delicious.

We return to this trattoria because memories of a few months earlier had left us with good flavors. Indeed, the dishes have remained the same: good, simple, and made with decent ingredients (not abundant). The ricotta was truly exceptional. The only downside was the bill, which cost us €10 more per person than the previous visit. Sometimes, returning to a place you remember having eaten well doesn't quite match the same feeling.
