Basic trattoria with a few tables in a cozy setting and a quiet atmosphere where it is possible to speak in a low voice without the noise of the nearby tables. A perfect place to enjoy top quality food. Excellent service. Genuine and essential food as per tradition.

Yesterday, after a walk in Aidone, with a visit to the archaeological museum, we had dinner in this small restaurant. As soon as we entered, we could immediately feel a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Indeed, such a familiar atmosphere was established that we felt like we were among old friends, because during dinner we chatted all the time with the other patrons and with the managers of the place, complete with a photo taken by one of them! As for the food: the mixed starter is excellent, with local cheeses, olives and dried tomatoes, artichokes with breadcrumbs, fried ricotta, parmesan, wild vegetable meatballs and spinach omelette; the fresh pasta with Nebrodi black pork sauce and the one with fennel and toasted breadcrumbs are delicious; the pork stew with sauce is good. To finish, artichoke grappa and cannoli liqueur. We felt like we were at home.

I went to lunch yesterday in this restaurant where you can eat delicious Sicilian home cooking. Excellent mixed starter and both the meatballs and the sausage with sauce were delicious... We will return to taste the Nebrodi pig with sauce which was finished :-) Congratulations.

A family place where Sicilian traditions, tastes and delicacies are still respected; it's pleasant to be pampered by unique dishes and particular flavours, which take you back in time, but also by friendly people with whom you can chat! Un ottimo ristorante ad Aidone dopo la visita al locale museo dove è esposta la maestosa statua della Dea. Sapori autentici, antipasto locale tra i migliori della zona; ottima la pasta fresca condita con erbette e salsiccia. Grande cordialità, servizio curato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se vi trovate in zona (Piazza Armerina, Morgantina Caltagirone) assolutamente da provare!

Durante una breve gita fuori porta in quel di Aidone, abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questa trattoria a conduzione familiare, la sala da pranzo è raccolta e accogliente, il personale molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, il cibo veramente ottimo. Consigliato per chi volesse assaporare i piatti tipici della cucina siciliana.
