02/11/2025: I'd been hearing good things about it for years, but I'd never been there until last night. I can confirm the excellent reviews! Nice, cozy location, helpful, friendly staff. The seafood is sublime! Everything is so fresh: from the crudités and hot mixed appetizers, to the first courses (pasta with lobster), to the incredible second courses (my partner and I had the Catalan-style lobster). Definitely worth a try, and we'll definitely be back!

10/12/2025: We went to this restaurant, passing through after visiting the Stiffe Caves, without a reservation. We ordered a soup (too watery), a side dish (by the time we got to the table, the kitchen had no more available after we'd ordered it (heck), a sliced ​​steak with arugula and parmesan, and a salad instead of the sautéed vegetables (as a fallback). The waitress, seeing that I was looking for a side dish, couldn't have told me after I'd ordered it that the arugula was abundant on the plate, as a side dish, without making me order the salad? Arugula and parmesan on the side, meat on the other. No service, managing a large room with only two girls, the feeling of rushing around, neglecting and abandoning customers... When it came time to get the bill, done in a rush like in a movie... I pointed out a mistake on my menu that arrived at my table, on the price of the sliced ​​steak, I was 14, while the bill was 18. I pointed out the mistake, she opened 2/3 menus for 10/11? On 2/3 it was 18. She didn't want to check the mistake (on the wrong menu) because she was in a hurry, she refunded me the 4 euros that I didn't even want (thanks), my feeling was different. That's how it went...

06/12/2025: Found by chance for lunch, a welcoming and well-kept place with food that makes you feel at home, friendly and attentive service, and overall good value. A place to stop and return to, especially to savor the gnocchi with wild boar sauce... delicious and, above all, plentiful... truly plentiful... while gazing out the windows at the Abruzzo landscape... unique.

Since we had our dog with us, we asked to be seated in a discreet area so as not to disturb other customers; our request was handled promptly and courteously, finding us a quiet spot. Lunch was a true triumph: the food served was of excellent quality and presented with almost obsessive attention to detail. Everything was delicious, but the sliced ​​meat deserves an honorable mention: tender and exceptionally flavorful. ​Despite the restaurant being fully booked, Cosimo, the owner, kindly took a couple of minutes to greet us, as we requested, demonstrating truly appreciable customer service. ​Finally, special praise goes to all the dining room staff for their courtesy and evident sensitivity towards our guests. Animals, a detail we particularly appreciated. ​I strongly encourage anyone passing through Sprea to visit this high-quality restaurant: it's definitely worth it. We'll definitely be back!

16/11/2025: It's rare that a restaurant this well known lives up to it's reputation, but this place absolutely does. They serve up great traditional local food without repeating all the same plates as every other restaurant, and with genuine friendly service and a homey atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome. Especially outstanding on our visit were the balanzoni and the grilled mackerel with cabbage, but we also loved the garganelli, the salumi with crescentine and the cheese plate. Reserve well in advance!!

16/11/2025: We were in Bologna for the Radiohead concert, and since everything in the city center was packed, we found a table almost by chance at this little restaurant... and I'd say we were truly lucky! The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, making you feel immediately at home. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are small and well-made, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The service was also kind, friendly, and attentive, without ever being intrusive. A simple place with a lot of heart, perfect for a quiet lunch. If we return to Bologna, we'll definitely be back!

27/10/2025: There are no words to describe this place. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking view enchanted us. The staff was incredibly kind, approachable, and incredibly friendly. The food was excellent, and the organization was perfect. A beautiful place attracts beautiful people, and that's exactly what happened! We had a wonderful time. I'd love to return soon, perhaps for a longer stay at the hotel.

21/10/2025: Traveling with friends, we stumbled upon this restaurant, halfway between Positano and Amalfi, and it was a lovely surprise. The location is remarkable, the staff is very welcoming, and a special mention goes to the waiter Luigi. The catch of the day, served with potatoes, seemed high-quality, and left us with a fond memory; the wine was also top-notch. We would recommend this place.

21/11/2025: Are you incredibly hungry and craving a sandwich? L'officina del panino is the place to be. They have a ton of sandwiches on the menu, and you can even create your own! Jokes aside, the food is really good and you'll definitely leave feeling full. It's not a fancy place; it's very casual, even though it's beautifully decorated with elements that give you a real workshop atmosphere, but believe me, it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
