Fixed price menu or à la carte, the grill lit with the fire that you can see what they are cooking, the food is very good and the parking is large even for trucks, I recommend it

We arrived without a reservation on Easter Monday... The restaurant was busy, but we found an outdoor table. Despite the crowds, we had a good meal, and the service was quick.

Easter lunch, paid €55.00 per person. The staff were kind and attentive, the food was very good and plentiful (they always brought back seconds). There was also a vegetarian among us, and her menu was also good. The tables and chairs could use some updating, in my opinion, but overall, 9/10.

They're okay with the meat, but otherwise it's a throwback to the 80s with crappy dishes and middle-aged waitresses who won't let you down if you ask for the same thing twice. At the cash register, given the 'vintage' service, you'd expect a 'vintage' fare, but instead you end up with a very steep bill for the food you ate.

We arrived without a reservation on a Sunday. The restaurant was crowded with large groups in the main rooms. Although the owner gave us a table right in front of the bar, unfortunately the skewer was already sold out, but we had maltagliati with venison ragù, delicious. We're already thinking about going back for skewered meat!

A very pleasant discovery! We were in the area to visit Castel Brando and made a last-minute reservation for lunch. Unfortunately, we had a quick lunch, but we immediately regretted it because the selection of dishes, the staff, and the atmosphere were wonderful. We'll definitely be back!

A truly excellent culinary experience thanks to seasonal produce! The dishes were cooked to perfection; I highly recommend the venison fillet. They provided excellent advice on wine pairings to complement our meal. The staff were very helpful and friendly :) What more could you ask for, except perhaps to return and discover a new menu? 😊

I went for a birthday. The atmosphere was clean and very well-kept, the menu was excellent and tasty. The staff and owner were friendly and attentive. I would rate it 3B. Beautiful, well-done, good.

11/04/2026: Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly, kind, and welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-organized. At the beginning of the service, we were served warm bread, delicious, fragrant, and full of flavor. We ordered a selection of mixed hot appetizers, which were generous, varied, and all very tasty. Personally, I had baked sea bream, which was cooked perfectly, not too salty and really delicious. The roasted potatoes and steamed spinach were also very good. For dessert, we chose a meringue cake and a tartufo, and we were very satisfied with both. I really appreciated the service: as soon as the bread basket was empty, they promptly brought more warm bread. The staff was always cheerful and attentive. Despite many tables being occupied, it was still very easy to have a conversation. The background noise was minimal and not at all disturbing. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend this place.

17/02/2026: EDERA is an incredible experience. When you enter you immediately feel at home. The owners immediately put you at ease. The traditional cuisine has a touch of fantasy and colour.
