09/09/2025: Short menu with top-quality food. Fresh fish and excellent service. The owner makes you feel right at home. I recommend the fish soup and roast seafood. The mussels marinara are superb. Excellent!

09/09/2025: As soon as you enter, you find a place unlike any other: not modern, but furnished with original touches, such as the chandeliers. The dishes we ordered—two appetizers and two main courses, all fish-based—were delicious. I haven't eaten such fresh fish in a long time. The owner was very kind and friendly, as was the waitress. I recommend it 100%. Reservations are recommended because the place is small. Congratulations!!!

08/12/2025: Very nice place, high-quality ingredients. The appetizers and pastries were excellent. I noticed a couple of dishes at the table containing unexpected ingredients, nothing special, but perhaps that should be clarified. The service was quick, perhaps a little intrusive, as we struggled to finish our conversation between interruptions.

02/12/2025: I visited this restaurant with a group of friends, and although I had high expectations—thanks to its good reputation—I was only partially satisfied. The entrance is certainly spectacular: a refined atmosphere and a visual impact thanks to the refrigerated display cases displaying the fish. However, the table assigned to us (there were eight of us) was decidedly too small, even though it was in a private room. This was a detail I didn't appreciate and which affected the start of the dinner. The menu is inviting, and the wine list is extensive and well-structured, albeit with somewhat high markups. The dishes served were mixed: some were truly successful—special mention for the excellent tagliolini with spider crab—others, however, fell short of the restaurant's reputation. The plating is meticulously crafted and always spectacular; the entrée, in particular, is visually arresting, although not all the tastings were entirely convincing. The real disappointment came with the desserts: the selection was limited and, in my opinion, not up to the standard the restaurant aims to convey. I'd like to emphasize that our meal wasn't bad at all, but overall the experience didn't meet expectations. The service, however, was excellent: professional, attentive, and punctual. Finally, the bill was slightly high compared to the overall offering.

03/09/2025: I ordered takeaway from Pizza Paul and it was very good. The pizzas were fresh and tasty. I tried the Margherita, a veggie pizza, and one with pesto and sun dried tomatoes. All were delicious. I recommend it.

21/11/2025: Whenever I'm in Piedmont, I always return to this restaurant, with its slightly retro decor, where you can breathe in the Piedmontese atmosphere, right down to the manager's warm welcome. Impeccable and courteous service. The restaurant is always busy, so reservations are recommended. I've already written about the food: it's always varied and seasonal. The turnip flan, artichoke salad, braised veal, and Gragnano pasta al brucio are excellent. We also treated ourselves to a delicious bonnet, a hazelnut cake. FossMarai wine, always a sure thing. I forgot about the house salami, which I shamelessly ordered a second helping. The quality and prices are reasonable.

11/12/2025: If you're looking for a truly quality kebab, this is the place. Every time I stop by, I know I'll be eating fresh, plentiful, and delicious. The meat is always well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, the vegetables are crunchy, and the sauces are spectacular. Generous portions, fair prices, and service that makes you feel special every time. The owner? Extremely kind and super professional: you can tell he's passionate about what he does, and it really makes a difference. Recommended to anyone who wants to eat a properly made kebab. 😍 The best in the area, hands down! Once you've tried it... there's no going back.

30/11/2025: Fantastic experience For our anniversary after visiting the Royal Palace, we went to this restaurant. When booking, I requested the option of having a red rose for my wife at the table... and here are the photos... with a delightful surprise at the end: the dessert and the plate decorated by them with the phrase "Happy Anniversary." You can immediately sense the special atmosphere of the place. My sincere compliments to the entire restaurant staff, always present but never intrusive... attentive to every detail with impeccable and truly delicate service. The restaurant is located right in the square in front of the Royal Palace. I'm not posting photos of the dishes simply because there's no reason to publicize them, as they are sublime... I invite you to try them if you're in the area; you won't regret it. Thank you so much again for your attention. I look forward to hearing from you.

30/11/2025: Fine location. Helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. I really noticed the cleanliness and elegance of the uniforms, all identical, a custom that is unfortunately being lost even in high-end establishments. For an amuse-bouche, they served a savory amaretto with Toma fondue, with a distinct herbal flavor. Next came the baked goods, which I found excellent. Honey and buckwheat bread, breadsticks, and streusel tongues. The latter, which I tried for the first time, were truly sublime. Thin and fragrant. The citrus butter served with the baked goods was excellent. I began my meal with shrimp, orange, potatoes, and pumpkin puree. A dish with various delicate and sweet elements that clashed and paired well with the tart, citrusy notes of the raw orange. My only complaint was that there was too much orange on the plate compared to the rest of the dish. I continued sharing tagliolini and truffle risotto with my companion, along with swordfish fusillone, octopus cbt, and mushroom stew. The tagliolini were excellent, but the risotto was on another level. The best dish of the evening. Perfectly cooked and creamed, then the top-quality truffle completed an already technically perfect dish. The fusillone was delicious. First and foremost, the quality and, once again, the cooking of the pasta itself, then the sauce or emulsion that bound the dish together was fantastic. The aromatic notes of the pine nuts and the sweetness of the raisins were excellent. The swordfish released its flavor into the dish in a moderate and appropriate way, not overpowering but still complementing. Finishing with the crunchy note of the aromatic bread. The octopus cbt was unforgettable. Amazingly cooked. Crispy on the outside, so tender and soft on the inside that it melted in the mouth. Without a doubt, the best slow-cooked octopus I've ever tasted. Then came the mushroom stew. This mushroom sauce is the base, followed by toma fondue spikes, the same as the amuse-bouche, and roasted potatoes. The roasted potato is the real highlight, both in terms of presentation and tasting. The dish is overall beautifully savory, yet delicious. For dessert, we tried sweet ricotta and blue cheese panna cotta. The blue cheese panna cotta was unique and excellent. I also really enjoyed the candied celery, with its fresh notes. The blue cheese is noticeable, and is undoubtedly the main ingredient, but it doesn't steal the show from the panna cotta and the rest of the toppings. I would see this dish as a perfect complement to dessert, not as a replacement. I would include it in place of the cheese platter, which isn't needed here, but it helps to show where I think this dish finds its place. The sweet ricotta with peaches and dark chocolate, on the other hand, is a well-balanced and tasty dessert. To finish, coffee and some cookies, which I enjoyed so much that I bought a pack to take home. During the meal, we drank a full-bodied, sparkling white wine, Alta Langa DOCG, mostly Chardonnay, extra brut. It's my first time trying this wine, and it's excellent. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll definitely be back.

In addition to the truly excellent quality of the food, I'd like to highlight the waiter who served us (I don't remember his name, but he's a man in his 50s). He was truly elegant and friendly, a rare find! Compliments to the staff, and especially to him!
