03/08/2025: I go to this restaurant for lunch at work. The food is excellent. The lunch package is very affordable. It's always a pleasant experience eating here.

26/07/2025: Excellent food and service by Mamoon. He was very helpful and made the atmosphere very easy to relax and have a good evening. Wish we had found that place sooner.

02/07/2025: Perfect welcome (we didn't book but the hostess found us a table right away). Prepared and welcoming waiters. Excellently served and top quality dishes. Welcome entrée and last but not least, a gift from the chef Simple and elegant setting. Excellent quality/price ratio. To try and return.

27/06/2025: Pleasant lunch, comfortable environment and good quality food. Although the weekday menu at noon is not à la carte but there is a fixed menu (low price) thanks to the availability and kindness of all the staff, you can still have something to taste of typical Piedmontese cuisine (excellent joke). A place to recommend and, for those who can, go (book) for the weekend where the offer is even richer in tasty Piedmontese food!!!

26/05/2025: In visita a Calcata siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante con le famiglie e ci siamo trovati magicamente. Il locale molto ben curato si trova proprio all’inizio del borgo antico e offre sistemazioni sia all’interno che all’esterno. Noi siamo stati fatti accomodare in una saletta interna molto bella e riservata. Il menù è vario e ricco di piatti interessanti, ogni portata è stata ottima. Molto buona anche la scelta dei vini, la proprietaria è di una gentilezza e cortesia uniche. Tornerei a Calcata solo per questo ristorante. Consigliatissimo

31/07/2025: On July 29th, I had lunch at the refuge. The service was friendly and quick, but the portion of the leek tortelli (two of them, like small, thin focaccias for ten euros) was too small, even though they were excellent. The place is beautiful, especially the surroundings, and has long been a household name. You can pack a picnic lunch, surrounded by greenery, and leave the place clean.

25/07/2025: Ennesima cena con amici e altre volte in coppia con mia moglie. Pizza immancabilmente deliziosa e stesso aggettivo per i peperoni cruschi. Il servizio rapido e cortese unito al bel panorama della terrazza controbuiscono alla valutazione massima.

07/08/2025: Beautiful location, good starters, not very tasty meat, ask for medium rare and they will bring you rare raw, difficulty in speaking you have to shout too loud, service staff are kind but not very prepared, for an evening with friends it is recommended

06/08/2025: The Guinness is excellent. Trust me I know. I rarely drink Guinness abroad but the lovely waitress assured me it was good and really chilled so I couldn’t resist. We had a tagliere of meat and cheese, kindly separated as I am vegetarian. While usually in Sardegna I’ll have Ichnusa, this was a real treat. Thanks guys.

11/08/2025: A wonderful location, eating out is an unforgettable experience. We stopped here on the recommendation of friends and weren't disappointed. We only ordered the starters, which were delicious and plentiful... Reservations are highly recommended.

The class was perfect, and the meal was delicious! The wine was good and the price was more than reasonable! The two owners are lovely... And the setting is magnificent!
