Breakfast: was good, coffee very good. There was scrambled egg on the buffet, but no fresh egg dishes; very fresh fruit. The pastries weren't homemade. Otherwise, a solid standard buffet.
Room: We specifically booked a room with a view of the vineyards and paid extra for it, but in the end, it mostly looked out onto the hotel entrance. We reserved an expensive garage space and then discovered on-site that there were plenty of free parking spaces outside. Beware: There's no shower available after check-out, and the pool is cold/the outdoor shower is also cold. The bus to Bolzano stops right outside.

RESTAURANT Superb Valentine's Day dinner! Two of the dishes we chose were off-menu: 10/10, the duck was sublime! Price around €60 per person with an appetizer, first/second course, and a bottle of wine for two.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and for me, it's one of the best in Bolzano: friendly reception, always attentive and smiling staff, modern and designer rooms (you can even see the effort to reduce unnecessary plastic—well done!), fantastic gym, and breakfast with varied, quality ingredients. I've also tried the restaurant a couple of times, and it's worthy of the property. I always feel at home and welcomed—a truly great hotel. See you next time!
