A beautiful location and an appealing menu set very high expectations. For this first experience, the beef was good but not exceptional. The service was slow, and neither the wagyu beef nor the wine we'd chosen were available. Instead, we were offered grappa.

This is a recent discovery for us. I know we should not eat meat often, but when, then you should go for the best and this is the place! And you can also have great plates with vegetables. Not to mention the wine, the choice is good and high quality!

We had a wonderful evening at Stato Brado. The food was truly excellent, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable: they helped us with every choice, never disappointing. They also offer a full gluten-free selection. We'll definitely be back.

I'm only sorry I didn't take any photos... a restaurant that truly deserves everything... from the friendliness of those who work there... the exceptional raw materials... we had a first course, a second course... a side dish and finally the magnificent desserts... I'm still dreaming and savoring this magnificent dinner that I will carry in my heart... like the splendid Gaeta... counting the days that will bring me back here ❤️

An excellent butcher shop with an adjoining grill restaurant, located in a busy tourist area, with good parking and three well-maintained, well-organized rooms. To complement the offerings and provide comfort to guests, the beautiful display with an open refrigerator of aging and ready-to-serve products features carefully selected meats from around the world, a good selection of wines and spirits, and a very friendly and highly professional staff. A must-see.

All the dishes offered are the result of careful research and dedication. Quality ingredients and careful attention to detail are used in the recipes. Meat comes first, but not only that. The restaurant and service are very well-maintained and taste excellent.

We went for Valentine's Day. What struck us, besides the excellent quality of all the ingredients and their preparation, was the knowledge of these ingredients of the young man who served us. You give him an idea of the type of experience you'd like, and he perfectly recommends a suitable itinerary; you can really see the passion he puts into it.

Everything was perfect, a fabulous dinner. I've never eaten such flavorful and tender meat in my life. The trip was worth it. If you're a meat lover, you have to rush to Stato Brado.
