Everything was perfect, a fabulous dinner. I've never eaten such flavorful and tender meat in my life. The trip was worth it. If you're a meat lover, you have to rush to Stato Brado.

We had a very good experience, the staff were friendly and explained everything, recommended fantastic wine... It is a cosy place and I particularly liked the playlist they had on!

EVERYTHING EVEN GLUTEN-FREE!!! Fantastic menu!
DO NOT GO INTO THE BATHROOM! You risk mold poisoning! With the flower on the wall, on things, and on the floor, even in the water pedals... entering the restaurant, you notice a musty smell, but it disappears like a bakery effect. I never thought of such a thing... I'm surprised the employees don't have respiratory infections... what a shame.

The best restaurant we tried on our trip to Italy. Excellent service, with attentive waiters and a charming location. The gluten-free spaghetti with pistachio pesto was incredible, served in generous quantities and thoughtfully divided into two plates when sharing. The beef (500g) was cooked to perfection, juicy, and delicious. For dessert, chocolate ice cream with coconut cream, hazelnut spread, and red berry sauce was exquisitely presented. Pricey, but worth every euro. Tip: don't miss the pasta with pistachio pesto and the grilled meat.

On vacation in Gaeta, given the positive reviews, we decided to eat here. Everything was truly SUPER, from the meat to the dessert, and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. What else can I say except excellent, excellent! Highly recommended!
