Cordialità e cortesia e velocità nel servizio.
Il menù recitato come una poesia:" risottino... carne e formaggi verdure? Con le fragole hmmm non è periodo...".
Quando desiderate un signor risotto qui lo trovate.
Meglio prenotare ma a volte capita chi cena in fretta o qualche disdetta e allora piena disponibilità.
Dolci della tradizione, paradiso e zabaione, budino, panna cotta, ...

All true professionals, passionate about their work. Thank you very much to all the staff for the experience you gave us. Prices more than fair.
19/02/2025: Refined place with attention to every detail, the menu is very rich and refined, we tried the appetizers including the famous patanegra (super recommended), excellent first courses and exquisite second courses, quality meat and excellent cooking. Finally, the dessert is also a delicious chocolate cake!!!
All topped off with impeccable service that makes you feel at home but with a lot of professionalism and passion for the job! Super recommended

30/12/2024: The owner's passion emerges from every little detail. Everything in the room, be it furniture or food, gives the idea of not being there by chance, of having been imagined, selected, tested and therefore chosen.
The dishes are unconventional: they are offered with homely simplicity, but with care in the presentation that recalls that of the restaurant's furnishings.

03/11/2024: Ho scoperto Perbacco passeggiando su Via Atenea, ed è stata una bellissima sorpresa! Il locale ha un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, ideale per una cena tranquilla. Ho provato le busiate saporite e la grigliata di pesce, entrambi piatti ottimi: il pesce era freschissimo e ben preparato. Come dessert, il parfait di mandorle ha concluso perfettamente la cena. Servizio attento e gentile. Consiglio Perbacco a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e di qualità! 😊

Dishes with attention to detail and rich in taste, unique and original, not to mention the professionalism and seriousness of the owner and the waiters, all top.
