With a powerful (not too big) car the path is just doable, although it is recommended to leave this to the locals only. On foot it is a steep climb but you get a beautiful panorama over the lake in return. Once you arrive at the Osteria you are showered with hospitality. This place is well known among mountain hikers and the locals. The chef's suggestions are fresh and super tasty. In addition, you will find various classics on the menu that are undoubtedly just as tasty and the price is certainly very economical. The charming friendly service is completely free. An absolute must.

Without mentioning the excellence of the ham, you can see a search for goodness and authenticity in all the dishes starting from the pickles, try them. 30/03/2025: A mio parere, pub migliore della zona, cura in ogni aspetto degli ingredienti a partire dal pane (da forno e non surgelato o confezionato)carne ancora meglio e cosi via…prezzi onesti, servizio buono, tempi di attesa giusti. Un altro punto di forza sono i dolci, molto vari e porzioni davvero grandi. Chi ha ideato al menù lo ha pensato per far uscire le persone dal locale felici e sazie!

Beautiful location both inside with beautiful rooms and outside with dehor (Only flaw a table of noisy customers and careless of other customers We were outside) We will absolutely return choosing one of the beautiful internal rooms with fireplace!!!! Well done well done!! Strongly suggested!!!

13/06/2025: We chose this place for our company dinner and overall the experience was very positive. I opted for the fish menu and was really satisfied. The scallops in the Sarsina were a real delicacy: tasty, delicate and cooked to perfection. The only downside was the noise: the place was quite chaotic and only when it emptied a bit were we able to have a calm conversation. It's a shame, because with better acoustics it would really be the best. In any case, the food is definitely worth a visit!

09/06/2025: Must try, you will come back! Typical local dishes, tasty, abundant and served with courtesy by the waiting staff. Excellent and surprising wine list (Petrus, Tignanello, Sassicaia...at very honest prices). We opted for 2 appetizers with taragna (wow!) and the inevitable delicious casoncelli (homemade, like most of the fresh pasta). We had the opportunity to visit their cellar with the owner's son who was extremely helpful and kind. In short, in my day they used to say "Trying is believing"!!!!! We will definitely be back!

31/05/2025: Classic mountain trattoria both in the menu and in the furnishings. It lacks a pre-packaged menu so the prices, only à la carte, are perhaps a bit expensive. The portions are generous, however. Fast and friendly service. Convenient parking, not very large, in front of the restaurant

17/06/2025: Didn't like the food, ordered scrambled eggs, they cooked it in a huge amount of oil. I asked if the pastries were fresh - they answered yes, in fact no, it wasn't tasty. I didn't like the coffee either, too much milk.

14/06/2025: Cosa dire? Tantissimo si può dire degli amici del ristorante, Amici..Si.. Non posso chiamarli camerieri, dipendenti, ma veramente è solo Amici, la loro disponibilità, gentilezza, correttezza, unicità in tutto.. Varieta di cibo ottimo e abbondante, sia a pranzo che a cena, la colazione qualche cosa di unico.. Posso solo dire grazie a questi ragazzi in tutto e spero quanto prima di ritornare a trovarvi❤️❤️❤️

06/06/2025: I went with an hour and a half left until closing time; there were two of us. They told me they were sold out, which was a lie because there were several empty tables. They didn't even offer to wait for us. When we returned from dinner at another restaurant, we stopped by and found the same tables still free. Terrible service.
