02/02/2025: We had 3 meals here in the end, and also celebrated my best friend's 60th birthday here. Food was fantastic, atmosphere brilliant, staff were so brilliant and helpful, and blew balloons up and put a banner up for as part of our celebrations. All staff were brilliant. A very special shout out though to Enzo, who was so knowledgeable and had a great laugh with us, and made our time in Rome so special. Thank you, would recommend 100%.

10/01/2025: Very nice and clean place, it feels like entering a private home, the very kind and friendly owner is the Queen of the house. The cuisine is classic Piedmontese, obviously including the classic Carrù boiled meat. The prices are slightly high but given the quality of the raw materials they are correct. The even more beautiful note is that he gave me the opportunity to stop and sleep in his garden with the camper, so I could taste his excellent wine. I will definitely be back!

22/12/2024: An apparently simple but very refined place, sober but welcoming and with attention to every detail, recently renovated. Upstairs small two-room B&B. Vaulted ceilings and very accurate details, from the cupboards to the bathroom to the decorative furniture. Small creative, elegant touches, placed in an only apparently random way. Professional, competent and extremely courteous staff. Table service with attention to the smallest details. Presentation of dishes with refined touches. Very courteous chef and very willing to exchange opinions, questions, explanations and mutual anecdotes. We had a more than pleasant chat for over an hour. Truly remarkable Nebbiolo wine. Superfine foods, from tasty to delicate ones, the boiled menu is abundant with a choice of 6 different sauces, each with a very pleasant flavour. Food all sourced from neighboring areas. From the first courses, to the second courses with side dishes, to the dessert: a feast for the palate. Structure immersed in an almost bucolic context despite the cold season. Outdoor tables with an inviting and pleasant air for an experience of quiet serenity. An experience absolutely to be repeated with extreme satisfaction.

09/02/2025: Location molto accogliente, parcheggio ampio, accessibile per disabili,pulito e cordiale il personale.Abbiamo mangiato tanti tipi di carne tra antipasti e secondi, tutto molto buono e sfizioso.Prodotti locali.Per gli amanti della carne è il top nella zona della Valle di Comino.Buoni anche i dolci.In estate posti all' aperto.

04/02/2025: Beautiful location located in Val Comino, a very welcoming and characteristic place in winter which gives warmth thanks also to the fireplace, displays of various specialties and cuts of meat to choose from to be cooked on the grill, very friendly and helpful staff, I recommend the house starter which is delicious and a nice cut of meat!

17/01/2025: Torno dopo un po' di tempo in un posto che frequento dal lontano 2000. Già sapevo della scomparsa di Noemi, anima del locale e cara amica, oggi ho saputo che anche suo marito Simone, lo chef, non c'è più, avendo venduto il locale. Nuova gestione, quindi, e l'unico superstite della vecchia è il simpaticissimo cameriere equadoregno Andres. Ambiente, mise en place e servizio sono rimasti eccellenti, la qualità della cucina anche. Ho mangiato un'ottima lingua con una salsa verde molto leggera e delle tagliatelle al "ragù di cortile" (ragù bianco di coniglio e faraona con raspadura lodigiana) eccellenti e molto ben condite. Acqua, vino della casa (un buon Merlot del Veneto), caffè e amaro, totale 40 €. In generale sono stato soddisfatto, trovo però totalmente fuori luogo i 16.5 € del primo.

Here you can breathe the true atmosphere of the taverns of the past, with genuine dishes that tell the story of the territory. The homemade first courses are exceptional, prepared according to traditional local recipes. The staff is friendly and attentive, the environment is welcoming and familiar, just as you would expect from a quality tavern. Excellent wine list!!! Super recommended place!

18/01/2025: During my recent visit to Osteria Le Fate Briache in Massa Marittima, I had an exceptional culinary experience. The restaurant, managed with passion by Caterina Cappellini, offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, with only 14 seats available, making each dinner a unique and personal experience. The menu, which varies seasonally, features Tuscan specialties prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The appetizers are refined and innovative, the first courses of fresh homemade pasta, such as pici and cappellacci, are delicious, and the artisanal desserts, such as cheesecake, crumble and tiramisu, are the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. The selection of local wines completes the gastronomic offer, as well as an amazing local DOCG bulk wine. Caterina's attention to detail and dedication to creating an authentic dining experience is evident in every aspect of the restaurant. Value for money, amazing! A complete dinner where we were made to taste every dish from starters to main courses with side dishes, including dessert and wine, cost around €35 I highly recommend booking well in advance, given the limited availability of places, to secure a place in this hidden jewel in the heart of Tuscany. Osteria Le Fate Briache is a must-see for anyone who wants to savor true Tuscan cuisine in a familiar and welcoming environment.

I have also used the restaurant many times and I must admit that it is difficult to find such a welcoming place. The car park is very large and there are many changing rooms, so it is very difficult to have to wait.
