31/01/2025: One of the best restaurants I've been to. The entire place is focused on wine and having a high-quality dining experience. The ideal is to take one of the menus they offer. 3 dishes and 3 glass of wine paired. The food is very good, I tried the Lq Vallpolicella menu and the Sangiovese. You can add fresh black truffle to each of the dishes. Recommended for hot dishes. We start with some meat meatballs and a corn sauce. Also a delicious beef tartar that we complete with truffle. Next, some taglioni (pasta) with a parmesan sauce, truffle and truffle pearls. For me the best dish of the night. Highly recommended to pay the extra truffle. On the other menu, the Parmigiana, a kind of eggplant lasagna with parmesan and cherry tomato sauce. My favorite too. Next, a meat with sauce that has been cooked at a low temperature for several hours on a bar of fine mashed potatoes. Delicious. And a beef entrecote, cut and perfectly cooked. Desserts include the Red Velvet cheesecake, the best, and the cannolo composto glass. All this accompanied by perfectly selected and served wine. Sweet liquor with desserts.

For second I had the stewed wild boar, I didn't like it as it was tasteless Baked potatoes are good as are pan-fried artichokes. Average price I don't know if I will go back or not since I come here often.

14/02/2025: Ci sono andata ieri sera ad una festa ci compleanno. Abbiamo mangiato antipasto, grigliata e fritto. Tutto buonissimo, pesce fresco e porzioni davvero abbondati.

09/02/2025: Fantastico. Tagliolini, strozzapreti, ravioli tutto fatto in casa! La signora Rossana offre una cucina abbondante e gustosa, cura personalmente ogni singola pietanza nel suo ristorante per non lasciare nulla al caso!!! Bel locale curato, situato sul lungomare. Abbiamo mangiato antipasti freddi, paccheri all’astice, tagliolini allo scoglio, tutto pesce freschissimo e ben condito. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottima focaccia fatta in casa, del pecorino sardo e un dolce al cucchiaio preparato fresco al momento, il tiramisù! Da leccarsi i baffi! Gentilezza e disponibilità di una vera padrona di casa! Per finire biscotti “rose del deserto” serviti appena sfornati! Una vera delizia! Lo consiglio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! Pleasantly welcomed by a warm and comfortable environment, with large windows offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, the girl who manages the room excellently made us sit at our table. The peculiarity is that the name of the reservation is written with scrabble letters which were then brought to us in abundance for our son to play with. The menu is very interesting, with many different combinations and fusions with other cuisines such as the excellent Gyoza stuffed with amatriciana. It's all good and worth trying, the portions are generous, the wine list worthy of note. The bill showed an excellent quality-price ratio. In short, we will certainly return. SUPER RECOMMENDED!

17/01/2025: GROUP EVENING IN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT 👉 I went to this restaurant to participate in a group dinner, in order to celebrate a birthday, with about 40 people with an agreed menu. 👉 The structure, which also offers the possibility of business lunches at affordable prices, is very informal, almost familiar. 👉 It has an external part for summer evenings, which I could only glimpse from the windows. 👉 We ate a red seafood risotto, good and cooked al dente as I like it, some meat tortelli with ragù, also good, like homemade pasta. 👉 As second courses, thinly sliced ​​roast beef-type meat arrived with French fries and the typical mixed fried squid and prawns, quite light in terms of digestibility. 👉 Natural and sparkling water, smooth house wine in a carafe without any particular ideas to point out and baskets of white bread. 👉 Dessert with various decorations and sparkling wine for the toast were brought by the organizers of the evening. 👉 The coffee, also included, was then served directly at the counter. 👉 Many were helpful and friendly in their service during dinner and also in reserving an entire room for us that we had decorated in the afternoon to surprise the birthday boy. 👉 All for 18 Euros each, which certainly makes you lean towards a decidedly convenient price in terms of value for money. 👉 The restaurant is located on Via Pietrasantina, in the municipality of San Giuliano Terme, province of Pisa and easily visible from the road. 👉 Outside it is possible to park for free along the street and also in the many side streets.

25/12/2024: Just right there at the Piazza Umberto Capri. Walk upstairs and you 'll just see some pretty nice views. Sit down kind of relax atmosphere during the day and at night gets a little bit more lively but the staff are very friendly and the food absolutely amazing. Wasn't anything I didn't like even that caprese salad which I generally don't eat. My nephew had asked me to try it because said he doesn't usually like it but it was good. And boy oh boy it was.

Really very good food, impeccable service and the classic Italian atmosphere. The restaurant can be reached after a few steps and a stone's throw from the funicular, directly overlooking the small square, perfect for a break before entering the shopping streets. Advised.

The room assigned to us was a bit disappointing, small but with very old furniture.
