Had a great meal at Carsolina, starter of meatballs and breaded cheese with pickled vegetables, super good orzotto with red radicchio and ravioli with mushroom sauce, cevapcic, breaded chicken, chips and spinach. All very plentiful

Classic Carsolina tavern environment. A gem, the soundproofed environment which avoids annoying echoes when the room is full. In summer a nice and fresh outdoor environment. The dishes are excellent, you have to try them all.

01/04/2024: I recently stayed in the hotel. Highly recommended for the refined and modern interior furnishings, friendly, helpful and very professional staff. Excellent dinner and breakfast!! If I happen to be in Trieste again I will definitely return
