After so many people recommended Fermento to me, I finally had the chance to try it, and I have to say it was absolutely worth it. They create exceptional products. Their brioches are next-level, and their focaccia is incredible.
Next time, I absolutely must try their bread.
The counter staff was also cheerful and super helpful, especially Fationa. Kudos to the entire staff!

We met Francesco at a basic bread-making course organized by Slow Food, and then had the pleasure of trying both his brioches and puff pastry, as well as his 100% sourdough bread. What can I say... all our experiences with Fermento have been superb! Francesco is truly passionate and a fine scholar of his art. He pays attention to every detail and loves to share what he knows with unique generosity and clarity... and this can be tasted and appreciated in every bite, and in every Fermento creation! Both the bread and the brioches are truly kneaded, baked, and perfected to perfection. The flours and every ingredient are absolutely top-quality, and his love and passion for baking also translates into an excellent service and atmosphere! Well done, and full steam ahead! Thank you!

I went to Fermento for a savory buffet for my daughter's birthday. The staff were super helpful. Excellent value for money. The quality of the products is excellent. This buffet made me really impressed. Generous, varied, and satisfied the palates of both children and adults. Everything was delicious, truly. From now on, I'll definitely know who to go to. It's worth it!

Quality is always a constant and guaranteed.
Service is always helpful and friendly.
Every time I go in just to get bread, there's always the risk of leaving with a few slices of pizza or something else.
