I would always return for the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
Ciabatta with delicious, carefully filled prosciutto. Good croissants and coffee.
Adjacent street parking. Prices are reasonable.

22/11/2025: A welcoming bed and breakfast in a regal historic center, stone and wood. Tasteful, without frills or fancy decor. The restaurant is worth a visit.
17/11/2025: Spent a weekend in this wonderful place. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, the rooms fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Dinner was fantastic, with an excellent first course and two extraordinary Florentine steaks, beautifully grilled. CONGRATULATIONS.
A PLACE I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO.

02/09/2025: I am Neapolitan but I have lived in Veneto for 45 years. When I heard that it was a Neapolitan pizzeria I decided to visit. Everything was good except the friarielli, which I love. I explicitly made it known that the panuozzo salsiccia e friarielli was for a Neapolitan and you cannot bring the canned ones. If you do not have the fresh or frozen ones from you in advance, you must not serve them. I would have taken something else. However, the pizza dough was very good. The desserts were excellent.
Good service but very slow.
We will try again.
30/07/2025: Excellent pizza, among the best I've ever tasted. The pizza dough is very easy to digest. Service is fast, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating. The only downside is that there's no parking outside, so you have to park on the street.

16/11/2025: We really enjoyed our stay. We received a free room upgrade at the beginning of October. The hotel overlooks pine trees, not the massive hotel complexes you often see elsewhere. Dinner, included in the reasonable half-board price, was excellent, as was breakfast, and gluten-free meals were no problem. We were able to store our bicycles securely, and swimming in the pool was wonderful.
29/10/2025: Please avoid this hotel if you are a pet owner. They are dishonest about the pet fee. They over charge you at the end of your stay, because they give misleading information about the fee at the check-in, and they never take the responsibility of their mistake. Dogs are not allowed in the dining area, so you end up paying €25 or more per day just to leave your pet locked in the room and suffering alone. Rooms are dirty and pets can get sick of the dirt there. Dogs with separation anxiety will have extremely distressing experience. This hotel is a shame in a country that is supposed to be pet friendly.

29/08/2025: Simple traditional Friulian dishes, mostly meat-based, with steak as the star. They're well-cooked, if a bit fatty. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, but the restaurant itself leaves much to be desired.

14/09/2025: Four of us went for an aperitivo. We ordered two glasses of wine, a juice, an iced tea, and a cheese and cold cuts platter. One of the wines arrived incorrectly. The waitress apologized but didn't change it. After 20 minutes, two platters arrived, one of cheese and one of cold cuts. We repeatedly asked for a bread basket. The final bill was €87!

A good wine list and friendly service are also available. Prices are in line with the offerings. An ideal place for a pleasant dinner with authentic, well-executed flavors.

10/09/2025: The hotel and restaurant is located in a quiet hilly setting near Udine. It has a wonderful ambiance both indoors and outdoors, and features a lovely garden. We had tagliolini with prosciutto as a starter, followed by a fantastic Bistecca alla Fiorentina with potatoes. The whole thing was accompanied by a nice Friulano from the Luisa winery. Excellent service and short wait times. Reasonable prices. It was a wonderful evening. Highly recommended.

08/11/2025: We've been back to this place several times before, but today we had confirmation that this restaurant is truly a gem in the Tarvisio area. It boasts a welcoming, family atmosphere with a very kind, knowledgeable, and discreet owner who makes you feel at ease. The dishes are meticulously prepared and tasty, and they also follow seasonal trends with interesting daily menus. The prices are reasonable, and ample parking is a plus. What can I say? We'll see you soon.
