In addition to the delicious and timeless pizzas, always perfectly cooked and with an unmistakable aroma, the restaurant also offers dishes inspired by the cuisine of the Eternal City, Rome.
Hence the ever-present pasta alla carbonara, pasta alla Gricia, Ascolana olives, and other delicious and inviting appetizers.
It's definitely worth stepping inside and letting yourself be transported by the warm and relaxed atmosphere.

A perfect pizza restaurant. The cacio e pepe, gricia, carbonara, and all the other pasta dishes are spectacular. You have to try them all. The pizzas, too. The desserts are out of this world. Excellent!

I visited for lunch on a weekday specifically for the gluten-free pizza, and it was really good, although a little heavy. I struggled to finish it all, which has never happened to me before. However, the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about celiac disease, and the pizzas arrived alongside the gluten-free ones.

I was there with my partner. We were deciding between a few places in Gorizia. Our choice was based on reviews we saw here.
The presentation itself of my flank steak was spectacular, and desserts were delicious.
It was not my first time here, and I’m sure it’s not my last.
