The service, attention, quality, variety of courses are impeccable, all expertly prepared, the result of the study and skill of the entire staff. 01/12/2024: Siamo stati x la prima volta io e la mia compagna, appena entrati siamo stati accolti da 2 ragazzi giovani con un bel sorriso (cosa non scontata da altre parti), ci siamo trovati in un ambiente giovane, caldo e veramente bello e arredato con gusto, ma il top lo abbiamo raggiunto con il cibo, materia prima super fresca, piatti curati e strepitosamente buoni, da fare la lode alla pasta e fagioli di pesce e alle bombette di tonno che si scioglievano letteralmente in bocca, in più nota non do poco il conto, i prezzi molto buoni. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante. Anche la titolare molto attenta e gentile. Bravi.

The margarita lasagna is the best I have ever had, the rabbit and fried mushrooms are excellent and the truffles!!!!! Can’t recommend enough. We literally returned to Viano just to enjoy this family’s food and hospitality!!!

10/07/2024: Wonderful location, €35 fixed menu, starter with fried polenta and bread and mortadella then starter of fried gnocco excellent with mixed cold cuts, amazing cooked coppa 👍..... followed by green tortelli and homemade tagliolini with courgettes and crispy bacon excellent... cut roast beef type with baked potatoes....to finish a tasting of homemade cakes..... thanks to the temperate climate under the porch and the location we had some great moments, we also appreciated the attentive service from the owner, well done, I take this opportunity to wish the manager my best wishes for their upcoming wedding, well done, good management, we will definitely be back 👍😁

05/12/2024: I'm from Milan, I often ride my motorbike and I ended up here by chance. I had heard about this restaurant from a chef friend of mine while I was in Pescara in Abruzzo. Totally at random, one day I end up with friends in these areas and discover that they have booked right there. The place is of a very high standard, welcoming, indeed very beautiful and also very clean. I discover that they have had a Michelin star for generations. Attention is present in all the details, perhaps only the bathrooms deserve more attention but they are fine even so, in the end you go there to eat there. I spent less than I would have thought and what can I say, I ate like God, typical cuisine executed to perfection, try the boiled meat and also the pear with eggnog, divine. I will definitely come back

07/12/2024: Definitely pleasant inn where you can eat with pleasure without having anyone around you. Excellent cellar and decidedly high-quality cuisine. The owner is affable and very professional. Definitely an experience to try in the company of friends and family.

19/12/2024: Herbe is an excellent restaurant, the atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are courteous and professional. It proposes a vegetable cuisine in which the material is almost always completely transformed (read, cooked) rather than simply assembled as vegetable dishes are often proposed. It's impossible not to mention the cappelletti with vegetable cream which are a 10/10 with praise. Honorable mention for the "Fuà Grà" served with brioche which really won me over. I always come back for dinner willingly and the perception/hope is that from here we can still improve, refine and invent the cuisine into which, evidently, they place great attention and passion.

06/12/2024: A very cozy place in a charming square in Reggio Emilia, a little-known but very interesting city. It is a vegetarian restaurant. We ate a kind of soup combined with many vegetables. Nice atmosphere and very attentive service

28/08/2024: We came here to let relatives from southern Italy try Emilian specialties and we are really satisfied with the choice of this place. The place is really beautiful, very bright and tasty. The dishes were really excellent, quality and tasty, we recommend the polenta and the gnocco, really well done! Too bad about the sliced ​​beef, it was a little overcooked but still good. Highly recommended!

I 3 baccalà, i passatelli in secca al ragù di barzigola, lingua madre e la torta di riso 2.0 sono per e piatti top. Introvabile il loro vino naturale rifermentato in bottiglia da uve antiche reggiane. A presto

19/08/2024: I went to this restaurant two days ago with my parents, first time. Very nice and well-kept location, super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food 😋 I tried the squid ink tortelli with salmon filling.. they are out of this world 😋 also the really good mixed fried fish. The portion is quite generous, so if you don't eat a lot it's also perfect for sharing! We will definitely be back, we have other dishes to try!😍

18/08/2024: Very elegant place with qualified staff. Food well presented and well served. We took a fish crudité, fish tortelli, fish troccoli and two desserts. Price adapted to the quantity and quality of the products and service.
