18/05/2025: Per l’ennesima volta siamo tornati in questo ristorante, sempre buono e sempre al top! Da anni il primo in classifica di Reggio Emilia e ogni volta che ci vado… capisco il perché! Tipico Trentino in tutto e per tutto… Una qualità nei prodotti, servizio,e nei piatti presentati assolutamente è alta. Complimenti

13/05/2025: I was lucky enough to have dinner at this wonderful restaurant Amici del Rifugio Crucolo. My partner and I had a tasting menu and the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend the pappardelle with venison ragù and vegetables and the venison loin is also very good. A well-kept place with impeccable service. I highly recommend!

17/03/2025: Excellent experience, 5 of us tried everything and everything was excellent and refined. The pumpkin risotto was the only thing that was a little unsuccessful and basically a dish that you didn't finish, but the rest was excellent, cabbage, Thai soup, truffle cappelletti, cold "cacio e pepe" and space tacos! The desserts which I usually don't like are also excellent. Excellent foie gras but I recommend tasting it for several people and not as a personal dish. I just hope the menu changes with the passing of the seasons to try other proposals! Overall we had a great time and were very kind...despite the rush to clear the table which caused an unfinished dish to disappear (we shared them between us) and a bottle with still water inside...a venial shame. Really a round 9 for the culinary offering and the environment. High price considering over 50 without wine, but if you keep certain proposals and also rotate menus it's worth it (but not the risotto, I hope they eliminate it or improve it because it's really inedible, dry and bland and I love them)

23/05/2025: Wonderful place. You can eat there in the evening and the food is excellent, local products, lots of flavors. A very nice discovery for the red wine tasted during the meal. Very good breakfast. The hotel is superb, the room very clean and spacious. Thank you to Max for his welcome, his kindness and his advice for visiting the region. We recommend this place. 19/05/2025: Located a few minutes from the "terre di Canossa" motorway exit, surrounded by greenery with a well-kept lawn, hedges and flowering bushes. It has very spacious and in my opinion very beautiful rooms, the building is very well renovated maintaining its character and its history. As for the cuisine, it is a very good and well-kept typical cuisine, with professional but very friendly staff, ideal for feeling at ease. I have celebrated several weddings and I must say that it is a perfect location for ceremonies, it has a lot of space inside and especially outside where adults can relax and children and teenagers can play. It is a place that I strongly recommend both as accommodation and for a ceremony.

18/04/2025: I must say that if the ratings stop at 5 stars it is fair to say that this NOTARI restaurant in Trinità deserves at least 3/4 stars more for... QUALITY..service..kindness and friendliness..knowing that on the Friday before Easter they would hardly have had many reservations (all full for the following days) they still accepted ours of only 4 people..and they spared no effort to satisfy our requests..this is high professionalism..it is not for nothing that they are known and appreciated by many..and it is not to be taken for granted....Well done again and thank you..

15/05/2025: Eccezzionale ristorante di pesce a Reggio Emilia, andati per una cena ci siamo trovati benissimo...il cibo veramente ottimo e fatto con maestria...consigliatissimo e con personale di sala sempre attento alle proprie esigenze. Atmosfera rilassante ed elegante. Se volete mangiare del buon pesce a Reggio Emilia andateci che non sbagliate!!!

19/05/2025: Every year we try a starred restaurant and among these Ca' Matilde is perhaps the one that impressed me the most. Sometimes you hear that a chef tries to tell stories with his dishes... well the chef of this restaurant succeeds! Excellent service, the dinner was perfect in every way. We spent two nights in the b&b that I can definitely recommend (excellent quality/price ratio).

28/04/2025: For my birthday I gave myself a special gift: a dinner at Ca' Matilde, a starred restaurant located in the hills of Reggio Emilia. I had already been there a few years ago and going back was like reopening a beautiful memory, but with something more. Chef Andrea Incerti Vezzani's cuisine is a true sensorial experience: elegance, technique and flavor in every dish. ● WHAT I ATE: I chose the seafood menu. A refined journey through aromas and textures, with well-plated dishes, top quality ingredients and balanced combinations. Each course arrived like a little story, to be savored calmly. ● WHAT I DRINK: a Trento DOC Nature, classic method, fresh and perfect to accompany every dish on the menu. ● LOCAL: elegant but not cold, with well-kept spaces. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for enjoying dinner without rushing. ● STAFF: impeccable service, attentive waiters, present at the right time but never intrusive. Professional and friendly, they make the experience even more pleasant. ● PRICE: in line with a starred restaurant and the experience offered. A gift worth giving. ● TIP: if you are looking for a truly special dinner in a relaxed and refined setting, this is the right place. Book in advance, especially on weekends or for special occasions.

04/05/2025: I give one star because it is not possible for the pizzeria to open at 6.30pm and after multiple phone calls, to which I received no response, despite the phone ringing, at 7.10pm they tell me that they are no longer taking orders because everything has run out. The pizzas are excellent but the service is poor and to say the least rude and disorganised.

07/04/2025: A truly beautiful place, housed in a former dairy that still retains its authentic charm. The staff is attentive, kind and knowledgeable: we greatly appreciated the attention dedicated to the description of the wines and the splendid selection they offer. The dishes are really good, you can perceive the care taken in the choice of products and the quality of the ingredients. The passito they produce is a real gem, while the Badessa ice cream is simply unmissable. I can't wait to return!

30/03/2025: Leave with the desire to return. The cuisine combines tradition and innovation in an impeccable and essential way. Everything was delicious, we took advice on the wine and asked for local products: a winning choice, we drank very good wine, especially an unforgettable passito produced by the sommelier... truly exceptional. We will be back soon, we have to try everything on the menu. The friendly and welcoming staff, all very approachable. The place is nice and very clean, there aren't too many tables in the rooms so it's nice and quiet. Well done everyone
