04/04/2025: I didn't find quality in the dishes, it seemed cooked like in a canteen... the mushroom sauce was very bitter, the parmesan for the first courses in the small bowl was totally tasteless, the result of when you grate it and it stays there for days! the wild boar very dry! the only satisfying dish was the desserts. Welcoming service but when it comes to food, there are trattorias at the same price that are definitely of better quality

18/03/2025: Special! Simply exceptional! The excellent quality food is homemade, a truly welcoming and professional service at the outdoor tables for the summer. The wine is excellent. I tasted a good starter, a delicious trio of tortelli, fried lamb chops and a tiramisu. A truly relaxing day, where I felt welcomed and the owner's advice on the menu was top notch! I would go back immediately!

22/02/2025: The place is a bit small so I make the most of the possibility of having takeaway pizzas. Which are honestly astounding. High edge, digestible dough but above all refined ingredients and combinations of the same. Gourmet type pizza let's say. Lots of stuff.

17/03/2025: Excellent experience, 5 of us tried everything and everything was excellent and refined. The pumpkin risotto was the only thing that was a little unsuccessful and basically a dish that you didn't finish, but the rest was excellent, cabbage, Thai soup, truffle cappelletti, cold "cacio e pepe" and space tacos! The desserts which I usually don't like are also excellent. Excellent foie gras but I recommend tasting it for several people and not as a personal dish. I just hope the menu changes with the passing of the seasons to try other proposals! Overall we had a great time and were very kind...despite the rush to clear the table which caused an unfinished dish to disappear (we shared them between us) and a bottle with still water inside...a venial shame. Really a round 9 for the culinary offering and the environment. High price considering over 50 without wine, but if you keep certain proposals and also rotate menus it's worth it (but not the risotto, I hope they eliminate it or improve it because it's really inedible, dry and bland and I love them)

07/03/2025: Superlative!! We booked a dinner for 2 people at Arnaldo's and it was a wonderful experience. Very refined and refined location, impeccable service. We both did the tasting menu and they brought us a lot of food, a wide choice with trolleys for appetizers, 2 first courses, boiled and roast trolley, dessert trolley with a very wide choice here too and then a digestive. Definitely an experience to do and repeat every now and then to pamper yourself a little. I returned for dinner in February 2025 and I confirm every single word of the review. The quality is always very high, service and everything perfect. I recommend it very much.

Excellent service, excellent cuisine, lots of tradition all contained in the simplicity of this place. I recommend the tasting menu and an excellent Sangiovese. For the rest, let the surprise do the rest.

14/03/2025: Truly positive experience! Nice place, welcoming, spacious and well separated tables. There is also a large space outside but indoors, now used as a smoking area but perhaps in the summer you can eat there. Staff are attentive and courteous as you enter, at the time of ordering they are available for clarifications, doubts and above all they are well prepared on the dishes! Really good dishes, excellent raw materials and from there we start from a good base! The meat was cooked well and the paccheri which are usually disappointing in many restaurants, found praise here! 4 people, 1 bottle of wine, 4 starters, 3 first courses and one second course + side dish, 3 desserts, 1 coffee, water €50 each Reasonable price given the quality We will definitely be back A small note: since the little girl's napkin fell to the floor, and the waitress kindly picked it up for us, we expected her to bring us a clean one... Traditional menu but with some reinterpretations in some dishes. Such a wide variety of wines that it is difficult to choose. Everything perfect, an experience to be repeated.

11/02/2025: I was not thrilled. I chose the seafood menu. All the dishes were good, well made, with a nice plating but not really memorable. The service was so-so for a starred restaurant: the wine service was not accurate (too much wine poured by the waiter and more than once I had to do it myself). In the end, good, but not great. Between limitations in the choice (only tasting and chosen the day before), not excellent service, dishes of average interest, you leave with the impression that something is missing
