24/02/2025: Nice restaurant, nice and welcoming, friendly staff, good but not exciting food (it also depends on the dishes chosen and tastes), slightly high prices, then a small consideration, we waited a little for the table while we took two glasses of wine which in my opinion could also have been offered, given that afterwards we also took a bottle with the meal, a small gesture that would have made a great impression (my very personal thought) but overall a nice experience, perhaps I will return.

24/02/2025: Very well kept place and very kind staff. From my point of view: cuisine of Trentino origin - also in terms of the origin of the raw materials, or at least some of which, however, is starting to distance itself, for better or for worse: gourmet dishes, very elaborate, sometimes designed, well beyond the essentiality of refuge dishes and the reference refuge. Same thing for the prices which I consider stellar (or almost stellar). Having made this necessary specification, my review is still positive.

20/02/2025: Great experience! A small corner of Trentino in Reggio Emilia where typical Trentino products meet innovation and super refined plating. The service is accurate, each dish brought to the table is described, the bread is all of their own production and they serve the entree. The place is very welcoming, it looks like a small cabin, a plas la stube!

17/03/2025: Excellent experience, 5 of us tried everything and everything was excellent and refined. The pumpkin risotto was the only thing that was a little unsuccessful and basically a dish that you didn't finish, but the rest was excellent, cabbage, Thai soup, truffle cappelletti, cold "cacio e pepe" and space tacos! The desserts which I usually don't like are also excellent. Excellent foie gras but I recommend tasting it for several people and not as a personal dish. I just hope the menu changes with the passing of the seasons to try other proposals! Overall we had a great time and were very kind...despite the rush to clear the table which caused an unfinished dish to disappear (we shared them between us) and a bottle with still water inside...a venial shame. Really a round 9 for the culinary offering and the environment. High price considering over 50 without wine, but if you keep certain proposals and also rotate menus it's worth it (but not the risotto, I hope they eliminate it or improve it because it's really inedible, dry and bland and I love them)

07/03/2025: Superlative!! We booked a dinner for 2 people at Arnaldo's and it was a wonderful experience. Very refined and refined location, impeccable service. We both did the tasting menu and they brought us a lot of food, a wide choice with trolleys for appetizers, 2 first courses, boiled and roast trolley, dessert trolley with a very wide choice here too and then a digestive. Definitely an experience to do and repeat every now and then to pamper yourself a little. I returned for dinner in February 2025 and I confirm every single word of the review. The quality is always very high, service and everything perfect. I recommend it very much.

06/03/2025: The definitive place. Finally someone who has turned into reality what I have always talked about. Excellent service, excellent cuisine, lots of tradition all contained in the simplicity of this place. I recommend the tasting menu and an excellent Sangiovese. For the rest, let the surprise do the rest.

22/02/2025: The place is a bit small so I make the most of the possibility of having takeaway pizzas. Which are honestly astounding. High edge, digestible dough but above all refined ingredients and combinations of the same. Gourmet type pizza let's say. Lots of stuff.

12/03/2025: Great experience blending family feel with business professionalism. Great food and quality wine list at the on-site restaurant. Rooms are large and well appointed. Beautiful grounds to walk and meditate. I will definitely make this my regular stop when near Parma on business.

12/01/2025: It was a crazy experience in a very high level restaurant where the dishes made us travel through time, backwards and into the future. We celebrated my wife's and my birthdays and with us there was our little daughter who felt at ease thanks also to the friendliness of the staff. A little madness that I definitely recommend trying. Real compliments to the chef and staff.

24/02/2025: Top quality food and impeccable service. I give 4 stars to the environment only for the fact that in the room where we were there was a bit of rumble. However, the place is well structured, beautiful and welcoming. Maybe the reverb was a coincidence of the evening.

25/02/2025: Exceptional quality! The wines are a great selection of local wines that are hard to find even in the enoteche in town. We had a berzmein that I have struggled to find in other shops that went beautifully with the food. The atmosphere and interior are great as well. One of the best places to eat in Reggio.

The guinea fowl is excellent. The trifle not to be missed! Friendly staff, kind, good Francesca. Correct prices Summer outdoor space. Adjacent parking.
