10/03/2025: Siamo partiti da Genova per visitare Bobbio e lette le recensioni siamo andati a pranzo al ristorante Nobili. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia per l'accoglienza che per l'ambiente soft e rilassante. Molto accogliente e pulito. Per noi apprezzate sedie molto comode e nessuna musica invadente di sottofondo. I piatti molto saporiti e ben eseguiti. Noi abbiamo scelto i primi piatti tipici della zona ed erano buonissimi e una tagliata tenera e succulenta. Anche il dolce una millefoglie scomposta veramente deliziosa. Purtroppo ieri in menù non c'era la tarte tatin che dicono sia fantastica. Peccato! Conto giusto per la qualità dei piatti. Assolutamente consigliato. A presto

30/03/2025: Beautiful welcome, abundant and quality dishes. I found bracton as a second course which is a rarity! All dishes are prepared with care, they bring everything well prepared from the kitchen and are available to give advice. Adequate price, well-stocked wine list. We will be back for sure!

25/03/2025: Osteria La Trappola, in the sense that you risk being trapped there forever by how good it is! As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by the warm interiors that feel just like home. I am happy to have had the opportunity to sit near the fireplace, because although it was already hot in the early afternoon, the heating was so delicate that it did not cause any discomfort; indeed, it has reconciled the rustic and familiar atmosphere of the place even more and made it more intimate. What can I say about lunch, other than that I experienced it as a further cuddle in that serene atmosphere, together with the well-selected jazz music? The appetizer of mixed cured meats does not suffer from the lack of fried gnocco, totally filled with both fresh bread and scones. Regarding these I only have one negative note to make: since they are four and quite small, in my humble opinion charging €4 for them is a bit excessive. But other than that, everything went smoothly. The pasta was also stellar: al dente as it should be and with divine seasonings. When we got to dessert, I was particularly curious to discover the house desserts, and I wasn't at all disappointed: the trifle was practically identical to my mother's, further demonstrating the fact that eating here was like eating in your own family nest; the sbrisolona is also excellent, together with the very large bowl of zabaglione. Had it not been for the large quantity of this cream, however, I would have turned up my nose when I discovered that, on the menu, cake and zabaglione were separated. It's the first time I've had to pay for them separately in the Piacenza area, and personally I don't find any logical sense in it, but it was all so good that it made me completely forget about this little controversy that arose and ended spontaneously. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our table, a further detail that I appreciated. In short, between the walls decorated with beautiful paintings and period furniture, together with the excellent culinary experience, I just can't help but give the highest rating to this tavern in the heart of Piacenza. Thank you for this super experience.

21/03/2025: I had seen the excellent reviews of this restaurant online and I wanted to check it out in person by booking for a Sunday lunch. Very nice and intimate place with very kind and welcoming staff, excellent dishes and a good compromise between quality and price. The good reviews they have are all deserved!!!

11/03/2025: Characteristic farmhouse on the Piacenza hills in Travo. Spectacular view from the room. Exquisite food and kindness of the owners. Certainly even more evocative on spring and summer evenings at sunset.

24/02/2025: We arrived at 1.30pm, starter (very small portions) arrived at 2pm but the first course arrived at 3.10pm, so after a good hour! In the meantime they told us that a condiment was finished and two of us had to necessarily change our order. When I asked how long we had to wait I was told that I had to wait, without the slightest apology.

14/03/2025: Appena rientrati da una cena fantastica, il nome del ristorante, appropriato indica cosa aspettarsi non la qualità che trovi...altissima. Salumi ,torta fritta e polenta fritta eccezionali, davvero. Vini agli stessi livelli,ottimo servizio e rapporto qualità prezzo fantastica. Vista sul castello meravigliosa e locale molto bello. Liquore offerto. Serve altro? Bravissimi

19/04/2025: So I have to say that I arrived this morning in my room and I don't have a coat rack. Usually there are telephones in rooms. There aren't any. At lunch they put me in a room. This evening I'm ready to go in another room. I don't know.

24/03/2025: With an organized trip we were guests of the restaurant on March 23rd. Largely satisfied with the lunch and the fast and professional service, good quality of the products. Although at least 80 people were present in the room, the acoustics allowed conversations in normal tones, which is not always possible in other places. I highly recommend

06/03/2025: This place is really nice, you can get a unique burger that you can barely finish. According to the owner it weighs 1kg and he wasn't wrong, the royal burger is huge!

One of our favorite places in Val Trebbia ❤️
