02/07/2025: The food is amazing. Best pizza I ever had. Favorite place in Piacenza definitely. The service isn’t extremely fast and the opening hours can be alittle tricky but loved it there!!

26/07/2025: A restaurant that has consistently maintained excellent quality and service over the years. Dinner with attentive and knowledgeable service. We ordered only fish dishes, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, with minimal processing, preserving their flavors. The steamed fish was very delicate... shame about the tomato gazpacho... because it was delicious... I would have liked more! The fregola pasta was an explosion of flavor... I think it's the only dish where they were more daring with the bold flavors! The linguine with scallops carbonara was well-executed. The wine list pays attention to the local area, but not only that.

11/06/2025: Beautiful location overlooking the valley, always a light breeze to escape the heat of the city. Unfortunately these two reasons are not enough to go back another time. The giardiniera seemed more like vegetables in oil. The fried gnocco is a reinterpretation of the inn. The tagliata was more like a roast beef and the fillet was full of nerves. Compliments for the potatoes, really good.

18/07/2025: What can I say: Le Proposte is one of those restaurants that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Its cuisine is rooted in Piacenza's tradition, yet reinterpreted with balance, technique, and respect for the ingredients. The dishes are well-executed, coherent, and free from excess: you eat truly well, with flavor and without being forced. The culinary offering is solid, carefully curated, and designed to showcase the region with authenticity. The wine list is also very interesting: extensive and thoughtful, with excellent local selections and a few excellent ones from outside the area, demonstrating careful and never banal research. The service is welcoming, attentive, and above all human: you can sense a sincere desire to make guests feel at home, with attention that is never superficial. A restaurant that works with seriousness, consistency, and passion. A place that values the region, without unnecessary frills. Well done indeed.

20/07/2025: A summer evening and dinner for two at the outdoor tables. We were delighted with their tasting menu. The service was attentive and meticulous, the presentation of the dishes was delightful, the pairings were thoughtful, and the ingredients, especially the fish, were decidedly fresh and high-quality. The wine list was comprehensive and reasonably priced, with a particularly generous selection of champagne.

Che dire, amichevole e gentile accoglienza, servizio impeccabile e piatti eccezionali, mai scontati . Siamo venuti da Monza. Il pranzo vale largamente il viaggio di a/r. Da provare. 04/08/2025: Exceptional! For a few years now, my partner and I have been staying here for a short week every summer. We receive a very warm welcome; the owners and staff are lovely and always take great care of us. The cuisine is extremely generous, with exceptional products! The rooms are also very nice; we love coming here. We are always very well received, treated, and eat extremely well. I recommend this place 1000% without hesitation! Not to mention that the half-board rates with breakfast and dinner are ridiculously low in terms of quality 👍 A big thank you again to Piero, Sergio, and Laura.

Exceptional craft beer (we even bought bottles to take home). Very welcoming staff, family-friendly, and pet-friendly. Super super. Highly recommended!

20/07/2025: I love that I stumbled upon this restaurant randomly tonight. I have loved sushi since I was a kid and so I’ve formed a high criticism of mid or bad sushi. This sushi was amazing. I got some avocado, cucumber maki rolls, and a tempura shrimp roll and I requested to add cucumber to that roll. The restaurant didn’t have this on their menu but were nice enough to add it for me! The sushi was delicious, the avocado was perfectly creamy and honestly I can’t wait to go back soon! If you haven’t gotten this place, try it! Sushi was also affordable. We got 2 cucumber maki, 2 avocado maki, 1 tempura shrimp + cucumber uramaki and it was €30. Really not bad. For two people we were full for dinner. I highly recommend this place! Also the staff was super nice on top of being accommodating!
