The food is clearly homemade, carefully prepared, and delicious (cured meats, fried gnocco, casoncelli, cod, apple pie). A half-point deduction for the casoncelli butter (a bit bland...) and a half-point extra for the apple pie with gelato (delicious!). The place is well-kept, though small, with excellent service and spotless bathrooms. The price is perfectly reasonable (not expensive). Well done!

Authentic regional cuisine with friendly staff, all at very fair prices. We enjoyed two evenings here and will remember this trattoria as the highlight of our trip to Piacenza. Reservations are recommended. We would return to Piacenza just for this trattoria.

The trattoria offers excellent dishes. My dear wife and I opted for an excellent and generous appetizer consisting of a charcuterie board, pickled vegetables, and a vegetable flan. We then finished with a delicious plate of tortelli and a small horse meat dish. Very, very good, especially considering the quality/price ratio.

28/03/2026: The cold cuts platter and fried cake were good, but it's a shame that when we arrived they made us sit on the veranda without telling us that that's all you can eat there (only once we were seated and after asking for the menu, they told us that the rest of the menu is only served inside where there was no more room)... I don't think that's very fair.
