21/03/2024: Beautiful intimate restaurant overlooking the Agazzano castle. Sea and land dishes, both spectacular, very kind staff, excellent wine list, highly recommended!

14/03/2024: The menu focuses on a few traditional local dishes. The tortelli are excellent. We were brought by friends from Piacenza who were regulars at the restaurant located in a remote location. We had lunch inside, there are several rooms with a few tables so there is no background noise and you can converse without the need to raise your voice.

13/03/2024: I had lunch with friends in this typical Piacenza trattoria, where I found all the dishes I ordered excellent, from cured meats to tortelloni with tail (with two ricottas) to pisarei and faso' with boiled meat with sauce. We drank some good Gutturnio from the Ferraia winery (Ziano Piacentino) I finished the meal with the blackthorn-based digestive. the price was right, I appreciated the typical Emilian welcome in the restaurant.

30/03/2024: Lunch in this small restaurant in the center of Agazzano. The place has few seats but is very welcoming, also thanks to the friendliness and professionalism of the girl who accompanied us during our lunch. Menu not very extensive but made with attention and with excellent quality raw materials. We chose the tuna tartare (off the menu, very delicate), spaghetti risotto with seafood (magnificent), baked amberjack (tasty and well enhanced). As a wine we chose an excellent pas dosè from Luretta wanting to stay "close to Agazzano". We closed the lunch with a very good pistachio cream catalan and presented in an unusual but original way! Excellent place to stop both for special occasions and for a high-level meal. Congratulations for the rebirth of Fricandó!

19/03/2024: A restaurant that makes the "right quantity" a virtue. The place, to begin with, with a few elegantly set tables. The menu with a limited number of meat and fish proposals, but complete and attractive. The excellent dishes, presented with great care and portions that are not abundant, but just right. Excellent service!

16/01/2024: La pizza è davvero buona, sia per l'impasto che per gli ingredienti utilizzati. D'estate la piazza di Agazzano offre una bella cornice, mentre d'inverno il locale è più piccolo, consiglio la prenotazione. Qualche imprecisione nel servizio, che però è giovane r simpatico.

15/01/2024: The pizza is excellent, both for the dough and the ingredients used. In summer the square of Agazzano offers a beautiful setting, while in winter the place is smaller, I recommend booking. Some inaccuracies in the service, but it is young and friendly.

02/04/2024: Trattoria in the countryside near the Rivalta castle (visited by reservation). Two large rooms with traditional peasant furnishings. Homemade appetizers, cured meats (coppa, salami, pancetta), first and second courses from the Piacenza and Emilian tradition. Parking. Courtesy and helpfulness on the part of the owner. Excellent value for money. On public holidays, booking is advisable

10/01/2024: Compleanno in famiglia. Quando si praticano certi prezzi la qualità deve essere scontata ma occorrono anche quantità adeguate altrimenti si rischia di uscire con la fame. Un esempio: 5 tortelli di cui due morti di solitudine durante il tragitto dalla cucina. Peccato perché la location (un casolare di campagna ristrutturato con moderazione) è carina soprattutto all'interno perché per mangiare all'esterno occorre la giornata adatta (vedi sole e vento perché sei praticamente nell'aia). L'arredamento è di gusto con mobili di riuso o adattati. Buona scelta di piatti anche particolari, sfiziosi e legati alla stagione. I prezzi sono decisamente alti e contrastano con le caratteristiche della struttura. Non ci tornerei

27/09/2023: Quite normal... in fact I was a little confused... very particular location but very little attention to detail, concept that works, but I would have paid more attention to the details. From the car park you pass near the grill house which is very messy and not at all nice to look at... nice and well looked after exteriors. I don't know if the interior was intentional, but I liked the entrance with an old desk and a beautiful Coca-Cola fridge as well as the Vespa. Grandma's tables set very minimal but in perfect theme with the rest. One flaw is the atmosphere is recreated by unsuitable lighting, in fact the only lamp in the room with too warm light does not allow the dishes and the room to be enhanced. The Menu confused me a bit because the list of dishes is not divided into the classic appetizers, first courses and second courses. I would recommend mainly for an audience that doesn't eat much to divide them also to know what to order. Very kind and competent service. I think it's a bit salty for what we ate, not incredible dishes.
