menu with lots of choice, all of excellent quality, excellent service and even wine lists, prepared down to the smallest detail. everything arrives together without one having to wait for the other. excellent pisarei and anolini, very good and also the first courses, the cold cuts platters are excellent and delicious. very fair account for what you eat. always a nice welcoming place. even with so many people they are prepared very well with minimal waiting times considering the amount of people who go to this restaurant.
19/03/2024: I always find it to be an excellent restaurant with a good menu and a well-assorted cellar....and then the room overlooking the Trebbia river always remains something special

02/04/2024: Splendid contemporary inn in the heart of the Piacenza hills, an enviable location with attention to every detail and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I tried the restaurant for a family Sunday lunch and we were overall satisfied. If some dishes were definitely successful, in others I did not find the same balance, despite the raw materials being all excellent. The place was full, but that doesn't justify excessively slow service (we finished lunch at 4.30pm). The quality/price ratio is in line with the quality and type of venue, a shame about the mark-up on cover charge (€5), water (€5) and wine, which is frankly excessive. Overall, in my humble opinion, a good restaurant for special occasions, but with a lot of room for improvement.

10/03/2024: Splendid place, lots of greenery, in the middle of the hills, breathtaking view. the top food, the staff, what can I say, there are very few around like this, very courteous and welcoming. Two birthdays in one... we felt at home. Highly recommended. It's a shame that we are far away (from Puglia), but if we have the chance we will definitely return.

09/02/2024: And nothing, when you enter a place at 8pm, 4 tables occupied in the room and they don't count you... you wait, the waiters pass by you several times and barely greet you and no one asks if I need anything, I recheck the menu to take time. Nothing past 5 I'm leaving. Obviously they don't care about my money. I'm at the butcher's eating a hamburger in your face. Goodbye

17/03/2024: Ristorante posizionato più in alto rispetto al classico passaggio piacentino delle valli. Dal ristorante si può vedere tutta la valle, e la vista è molto bella.
Ristorante bello caratteristico con personale gentile e disponibile, oltre che bello sorridente.
Classici piatti piacentini ben realizzati, fatti in casa e genuini.
Tutto davvero di qualità comprese le carni.
A noi è piaciuto tutto e sicuramente ritorneremo.
18/12/2023: Posto in cui sono andato più volte in cui mi son sempre trovato bene; ma è un pò cambiato.
Niente più super antipasto ma solo salumi e gnocco fritto di base, bis di primi, tortelli OK e crespelle molto buone, molto buono l'arrosto e il rost beef; idem le loro torte (super buone).
unica pecca la lentezza, ok il pienone, ma più di 3 ore son un po' tante e la quantità di cani in una tavolata mi sembrava eccessiva.
Eravamo in una tavernetta bella e comoda per accede con i passeggini, ma mettere nella stessa stanza 3 neonati 2 bimbi piccoli e 2 ragazzi con una tavolata con 8/10 cani (piccola taglia) non mi sembra il massimo, soprattutto se fuori c'è il cartello divieto di accesso ai cani.
Qualcuno potrebbe scegliere il ristorante perché allergico o timoroso dei cani e pensare di non trovarne

14/01/2024: Last night...not an evening...we've been there a few times...we've only been in the area for a short time...but yesterday there was a disaster...the waitress is always annoyed...maybe they ran out of mozzarella... 2 pizzas with a layer of mozzarella and all tomato... dry dough that is difficult to cut. ...mine was a pizza with buffalo mozzarella...it was only tomato....I'm sorry but we give good money...
