10/07/2026: A very beautiful place reminiscent of an Alpine chalet. The owner and staff are very friendly, informal, and approachable. Plenty of seating both inside and out, making it ideal for families with children (there's a beautiful pond with water lilies and ducks just before you get to the restaurant). Very good pizza, a typical northern style—thin, but well-made. The menu also includes appetizers, first courses, second courses, and homemade desserts. Considering the location and the view, I'd say it's a place I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

07/06/2026: Excellent quality fish. We had two great appetizers and a mixed grill. There were two of us, and we were full by the end. The service was prompt and attentive. I should mention that I dropped a silverware, and without asking, the waitress came over less than a minute later with a replacement. I find this kind of attention to be highly appreciated. My only complaint is that the coffee affogato at €8 is perhaps a bit pricey, even though it's off the menu. Otherwise, everything was fine.

05/04/2026: The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and unfriendly. Initially, he didn't want to give us what we'd asked for, and only after a bit of persistence did he give in. When we asked again, however, they preferred to tell us the product was out rather than serve us. A decidedly negative experience.

13/03/2026: One of the best pubs I've been to in Piacenza. The interior is wonderful: warm, welcoming, and full of character, with that authentic pub atmosphere that immediately makes you want to stay longer than expected. Sitting outside is also pleasant when the weather permits. The burgers are slightly higher than average, but the quality fully justifies the cost: well-chosen ingredients and memorable flavors. The selection of beers is also excellent, unique and well-diversified, perfect to accompany the meal. The appetizers are also very good, and I even appreciated the coffee, a detail not always found in a pub. It's one of those places where you can relax without rushing, ideal for enjoying an evening with friends, chatting and sharing stories over a delicious meal. I can't wait to return to explore the rest of the menu and discover what else this successful establishment has to offer.

11/03/2026: I went to this bar with a friend during my lunch break, which unfortunately only lasts 20 minutes, and the experience was truly awful. The wait was very long, definitely incompatible with such a short break. Furthermore, the staff was not at all friendly: their attitude was rather unpleasant and it almost felt like we had to rush through everything, without the slightest attention to the customers. Not to mention the sandwich: very small, with very little filling, and not even very good quality. Overall, the food was really poor. Considering the rather high price for what we ate, the value for money was very disappointing. In the end, due to the extremely long wait and the small portions, the experience was truly awful. We won't be returning.

18/02/2026: The sandwiches are really delicious! The place is beautiful and welcoming, and the girls are very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it; I go back as often as I can, and it's always worth it!

31/05/2026: I'm from Turin and only temporarily in Piacenza. I must say that this bar impressed me very positively in several ways. Unlike many places that have lost their identity over the years, this one still retains its original furnishings and an atmosphere that tells a story. You can sense an authentic aesthetic, never banal or conforming to current trends. The service was also impeccable: the staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. I appreciated the quality of the products, from the fresh pastries to the coffee. Without any hesitation, the staff took care to bring water to my dog, allowing him to drink comfortably. It's a simple gesture, but far from obvious, which demonstrates sensitivity, courtesy, and care not only towards customers, but also towards their pets. Overall, it's one of the best bars I've ever had the opportunity to visit. A place definitely worth exploring and one I highly recommend.
