Excellent service, very friendly wait staff.
I recommend the tagliata, which is among the best I've ever tasted.

08/04/2026: The manager and the staff are very friendly. It's always a pleasure to stop by.
08/02/2026: La Lumaca is a rustic mountain restaurant with a wood-burning stove: the atmosphere is very warm.
There's a beautiful panoramic view, with many birds passing by to retrieve the food the owners leave on the fence (sparrows, tits, etc.).
The staff is very kind and friendly, as are the patrons.
The charcuterie and cheese platter is very good; the polenta and cheese and the lasagna were delicious!
We ended the lunch with cakes (which were delicious!) and a good coffee!
The place is small, so reservations are recommended!
They have books for children and board games!
I recommend!

30/10/2025: Various cured meats as an appetizer, including salami, coppa, pancetta, culatello, and prosciutto crudo. What can I say... in the Nure Valley, you're never disappointed... for our first course, we tried the excellent tagliolini with mushrooms. Very good...

This is a one-time post.
02/04/2026: We're a family traveling on a budget. We've eaten here several times, and this evening, too, with a table set with a tablecloth and quick service, we enjoyed tasty dishes and generous portions. I would have given it four stars for the lack of typical local dishes, but I'm adding a fifth for the clean and visible cuisine.

13/08/2025: It was a good pizzeria, perfect for a cool evening in the mountains.
PLEASE NOTE: As of today (July 2025), it has been closed for at least a year.
The place also offered an attached hotel and an outdoor space with a park sometimes used as a picturesque open-air bar.
Being in the mountains, it was a great escape from the city's summer heat.
Ample reserved parking outside, and the opportunity for nature walks in the immediate vicinity.

06/04/2025: Greta e il Vet. Ci hanno portato in un posto meraviglioso dove abbiamo conosciuto persone davvero bellissime e mangiato benissimo. Antipasto con formaggi incredibili. Super consigliato 😋😋🙂😋😋
31/03/2025: Pranzo di coppia, tutto buono sopratutto il maialino con patate. Per quanto riguarda i seadas buoni ma poco ripieno. Ottime le ciliegie sotto spirito con cioccolato fondente.

Antipasto di salumi nella media, primi con poco sapore, secondi con carne dura e fredda, Tempo di attesa per i secondi lunghi.
Unica nota positiva il capo cameriere gentile che cercava di recuperare le mancanze della cucina e degli altri camerieri
13/08/2023: Cena in famiglia nella bella piazza di Bettola. Personale cordiale. Menù vario e adeguato al prezzo. Buoni i pisarei e faso’, così come la tagliata e le costolette d’agnello. Antipasto abbastanza scarno anche se nulla da dire sulla bortellina.
Gradito il profitterol così come il semifreddo all’amaretto.
