05/03/2025: Il locale è in stile casereccio con un camino che rende l'atmosfera ancora più accogliente, il cibo è di buona qualità e non si elemosina anzi è difficile mangiare tutto. Antipasto con gnocco fritto davvero buono e primi tipici del luogo molto buoni, secondo con diversi tipi di carni tutte da provare con contorno di patate e per terminare dolce fatto in casa. Anche il vino fatto in casa è davvero speciale e non puoi andar via senza portarti qualche bottiglia. Per concludere il proprietario davvero simpatico e disponibile, sicuramente ci torneremo.

Un vino che solo in pochi potranno comprenderne la vera genuinità..quello di una volta..zero chimici aggiunti..sembra appena spremuto!! Piatti tipici del luogo davvero buoni!Gli agnolotti in brodo di cappone davvero spettacolari!! 08/04/2025: I've been going there since I was little with my parents and friends, by now my parents know that it's a fixed stop for me when we go to Ferriere. Huge and beautiful place, exceptional food, wow place and impeccable service. I recommend the mixed appetizers with cured meats, Piacentini tortelli, roast meat (soft as butter). I feel at home there now 💕

My husband and I had lunch at this place: pisarei and fasoi, anolini with mushrooms, veal pocket, pepper sauce, mashed potatoes and almond cake with warm zabaglione. Exquisitely executed dishes, it would have been a dream to be able to taste them all. The portions are right, the prices also for the quality of the raw materials used. Courtesy is in the room. Highly recommended.

14/12/2024: Salumeria Montanari Piacenza sanctuary of gastronomy which had the magnanimity to set up a couple of tables to allow enthusiasts to learn, immerse themselves and transcend in their excellences. Best sandwich in the world I've ever tasted masterpiece of baking, perfect balance between crunchiness, fragrance and freshness and cooking in the company of coppa Piacentina and the unparalleled Piacentino drop salami. VOTE??? there is no rating high enough to define its magnificence. * if you have to eat you might as well do it well

09/03/2025: I had lunch with friends on Saturday in this beautiful restaurant in the Tidone valley with a wonderful panoramic view. The staff is young and very professional. We start with appetizers with cured meats and fried gnocco giardiniera and vegetables which are really very good, as a first the delicious cappellacci stuffed with duck with black truffle and continuing with lamb chops and very tasty baked potatoes and to finish an excellent Tiramisu and the legendary bargnolino. excellent quality and price. I will definitely return

04/03/2025: We stopped by chance, a pleasant surprise. Still a little cold to have lunch outside, a shame because it's very nice outside with a nice view. Inside on the ground floor, a very warm, intimate environment, with a wood stove and a few tables. Excellent choice of dishes typical of the Piacenza tradition. Stunning raw horse meat. Excellent wine list. Good service and friendly staff. Good experience.

25/02/2025: Informal but well-kept place, excellent both for a ceremony and for a beer with friends. There is also an outdoor space and a small summer playground. The food is excellent, the service friendly and attentive. I recommend it.

22/03/2025: Small tavern located in a characteristic alley of the medieval town of Castell'Arquato. We had the cold cuts platter with fried gnocco: very fresh and excellent cold cuts, very delicate gnocco. For first courses we tried the carbonara with culatello and truffle, onion soup with mushrooms and ricotta, cream soup with squid and pisarei and fasö: everything was perfect, especially the carbonara. For second course the sirloin steak with potatoes: here too the meat was very well cooked. Tiramisu for dessert: good, but almost all cream. I suggest adding a couple more ladyfingers. Friendly and easy-going owner. Reservations recommended.

15/03/2025: Really great and superbly prepared food - we had the Gardiniera, Risotto alla Zucca, Pisarei a Fasö, guinea fowl and a tiramisu - the risotto was a personal highlight. The atmosphere is very pleasant (with good music) and relaxed; the innkeeper was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the lovely evening!
