12/10/2025: It's difficult for me to give 5 stars but this time they deserve it. It's strange to find excellent and well-presented fish on the Piacenza hills. The place is located in a beautiful square with excellent service both in terms of service and presentation. The tables and the place are good.

31/07/2025: Wonderful food, had lunch with family and a newborn baby in July and the amazing staff took our booking at very short notice and made us feel incredibly comfortable. Gnocco Fritto e Affettati are to die for and the Tortelli are honestly the best I have ever tasted in Piacenza as the ricotta and spinaci filling is so soft that literally melts in your mouth! Also, beautiful Pisarei e Faśö. Highly recommended, can't wait to be back!

05/05/2025: Il frigo vetrina, posto all'ingresso dell'antico edificio di pietra recentemente ristrutturato, con all'interno grossi pesci appesi a frollare, ci introducono in un mondo fatto di passione, sperimentazione, tecnica e ricerca. L'ambiente è elegante e l'accoglienza cordiale. Il menu è quasi incomprensibile per la quantità di ingredienti insoliti utilizzati per preparare le pietanze. Il crudo di corba rossa è tenero e armonioso ed il risotto alla milanese di mare un poco anonimo. Sorprendente l'animella di vitello alla brace con tamarindo. La carta dei vini è discreta e con ricarichi corretti. Gradita la piccola pasticceria offerta in chiusura. Alla fine della serata resta la sensazione di avere speso bene i 70 euro del conto.

10/04/2025: Sempre una bella conferma! Conoscevamo già questi ragazzi dal Ca' Longa e ci eravamo ripromessi di venire a provare il menù della Ca' di Sass, che rimane rustica ma scenografica. I piatti parlano da sé. Personale di sala molto competente e mai invadente. Piacevolissima serata.

16/09/2025: What an unexpected find in a small out of the way location. You should make the trip just for this restaurant. We don’t speak much Italian and the server didn’t speak English, but it didn’t matter. We muddled through and had an incredible lunch. We shared the salumi board and the tortelloni verde with mushrooms. Along with a delicious slightly sparkling white wine. Incredible. Then we walked around the walled city and Borgo Di Vigoleno castle. A lovely afternoon stop on our way Parma.

29/08/2025: We visited this traditional restaurant in the Salsomaggiore area, specifically Vigoleno, last night with our girls, and the experience was truly enjoyable in every way. Upon arrival, we were greeted with great warmth and the service was always responsive, helpful, and attentive, without ever being intrusive. We sampled the classic gnocco fritto (fried dumplings) accompanied by cured meats: a true delight. The freshness of the ingredients was immediately apparent, as was the care taken in their preparation. Each dish was served with perfect timing, always maintaining excellent quality. The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, and very relaxing, perfect for enjoying a leisurely dinner. One detail that particularly struck us was the splendid view of the castle, which makes the atmosphere even more evocative and characteristic. In conclusion, a restaurant that combines tradition, quality, and a genuine welcome: an experience I recommend to anyone who wants to experience the best of the area's cuisine and hospitality.

12/10/2025: The quality/price ratio is excellent, the Culatello and the homemade giardiniera are excellent. What can I say, after nine years, they've grown in every way. A large, additional dining room, a wine list that rivals even the most famous restaurants—no one highlights the local wines—the service offers excellent recommendations, courtesy, kindness, and attention to detail that puts you at ease like few others, and speed despite the crowds. The dishes are always delicious and traditionally homemade. I always sense passion and love, and the price confirms this... for human consumption... 02/10/2025: Excellent food, a bit of a wait for the starters but excellent quality of the products.

12/10/2025: I recently discovered this place. I went during my lunch break and had really good ramen. They have several types of ramen with different broths, including meat and fish, and everything is vegetarian. They also offer other ramen alternatives. I'll be back to try the other options. The price is average and the service is excellent.

11/10/2025: I love this place! Whenever I'm craving some good ramen, I always come back here. I love Asian cuisine, but I have to say that before trying ramen here, I'd never tasted "real" ramen: now my expectations are too high! The ramen is simply perfect, the prices are great, and the staff is always super friendly. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and very refined—the perfect place to enjoy your meal in peace. Highly recommended! 🥰

19/08/2025: Really nice place. Food is really good. Especially for Batalabaf (tortellini) and Pisarei e Faso which are the emblamatic food of the region. I fully recommend this place. We go every single year and won’t stop going !
