17/05/2026: The service definitely needs improvement. You can't wait 20 minutes for a menu because other tables are occupied and you have to wait for your orders to be taken.
I definitely expected more from the food.

Elegant, yet understated.
Gnocco fritto and culatta to share while waiting for the first courses.
Excellent.
The first courses too, two great classics (pisarei and fasò) and lean tortelli, and two that give a nod to innovation: tagliolini and tagliatelle with truly delicious sauces.
Modern and pleasant plating.
We were also very pleased with the desserts.
Attentive and friendly service, yet always discreet, from a single waitress who "kept an eye" on parking tables, always with a smile.
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the wines because I have to abstain, but the list was extensive.
The bill wasn't excessive.
I recommend a stop.
We hope to return.

The selection is always varied, both meat and fish, and the menu includes an entrée, a main course, a dessert, a coffee, a glass of wine, and water.
All for €15 if the main course is a first course or €20 if it's a second course.
The service is fast and friendly.

05/07/2026: Nothing to say about the service staff and the welcome but I don't agree with the price offered for the food and its quality, €35 for a grilled "fish" with two small and overcooked slices of tuna and swordfish and 5/6 prawns and scampi, all with an oily aftertaste of a poorly cleaned plate is truly out of the ordinary.

01/06/2026: A beautifully situated restaurant right on the steps. Local dishes, like pinserai e faso, were delicious. The burger was served as a build-your-own kit. The patty was fantastic. We got the tip from the very friendly staff member at the tourist information office. The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, and we wouldn't have found it without her advice.

We sampled typical appetizers, ravioli, and pasta with beans, followed by three typical main courses shared among eight people. The horse tartare was particularly good. They also had very good regional wines – highly recommended.

17/05/2026: We only had dinner one evening, old location, in need of renovation, excellent food and excellent service.
05/05/2026: We stayed at this property while hiking the Via degli Abati. It's located at the end of the third stage, right on the route in the center of town, making it very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a classic international sweet and savory dish. Dinner is available at the hotel restaurant, but it's closed on Mondays (we were properly informed upon arrival). However, there are plenty of nearby restaurants/pizzerias/restaurants where you can eat. Booking was easy by phone.

08/05/2026: I've already been there twice for lunch (two business menus available) and dinner, and on both occasions, despite the place being busy, we were served quickly. The pizza, both thin and thick, was excellent, and the beers were good.
The prices were absolutely reasonable.
08/05/2026: The pizza was good, the service wasn't the fastest, but we went at 2:20 PM, almost at closing time, which is 3:00 PM. The option to choose the thickness of the pizza was nice.
